I will say, my technician was very professional and efficient.

But they charge exorbitant rates. It's no wonder they won't give you an hourly rate ahead of time when asked. I called for a plumber for a simple drain clog and they apparently have a "standard auger fee" to bring the power snake out of the truck. They charged me $279 and the technician was on-site for about 25 minutes. That works out to about $680/hr. Only use Laney's if you're rich, I guess.

Jaydon was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job in maintenance of the heating system as well as listening to my concerns. He went above and beyond to help rectify the miss communication of service request I ordered and the service appointment personnel. Thank you Jaydon!

My water heater was leaking and Ryan was efficient, polite and responsive. He came quicker than expected and installed a new water heater. The he job was completed professionally and he even left the area neater that he found it! I highly recommend!!!!

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had trouble with our thermostat not keeping the set temperature. He replaced it and also checked the furnace for any issues.

This was the yearly maintenance that I have done every spring. Excellent service. I have been thinking of putting in a new thermostat and he showed me the different models and features and prices. My wife and I will review and get a new one this fall. Great work!!!!
