Our floor drain was backing up. Laney’s fit me in to their schedule within a short time. Brenden came, found the problem and took care of it in the most cost-effective way. He explained everything, was professional, pleasant and cleaned up after the job was done. Thank you, Brendon and Laney’s, for a job much appreciated and well done!

Trevor was polite, professional, and personable. He went over and above expectations in helping me to program my thermostat for which I didn’t have a manual.

My fireplace was not working. 2 weeks prior to Brian coming to troubleshoot the problem, we had another Laney’s tech try and find the problem. We were told we needed a new fireplace. Brian was able to find it and fix it. he saved us $7,000. It was my fault it broke and Brian asked the correct questions to solve the problem.

It was great. Justin knew what he was doing and got it done quickly. He also gave us some thoughts, ideas, tips regarding possible future maintenance and/or upgrade options. Laney’s is always great!

Had a couple jobs that needed to be done. He was early for the app and was very knowledgeable in what he was supposed to do. He even found the sump pump not working without even asking him to check it. Would recommend him

Awesome experience with Ryan! Outdoor faucet burst open. Called Laneys and Ryan had it fixed within the hour. Ryan was so friendly and very efficient.
