Brian T. Was great. Prompt, great communication ahead of time and during and after service. Professional, courteous.

Tech was very professional and explained what was broken so I could understand. Fixed it quickly, and price was more than fair.

Brian did a great job. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. An excellent example of a great technician for an excellent company, I always call Laney’s for my plumbing and heating projects.

So my AC stopped blow air, called Laney's set up for someone to come out and look it over. Safar was my tech, he serviced my furance last lear and now he was looking at my AC. Started his initial checks and said that my AC looks good, maybe it is the fan or something on the furance. Walk downstairs and in minutes found a switch that was acting up. Replaced the switch and all started working again. I asked if he could check the gas level if it was low, and he was already few steps ahead of me. Had feon gas tank and gauges, I was low ... he added what was needed, my AC is cooling the house once again. I would call Laney's again, hands down if I am lucky I will get Safar, but so far all technicians that have arrived are A++++. Thanks Again !!!

Chris was great. Very professional and explained the repair needs to me clearly. I liked that he also reviewed all available options as well. I appreciate the knowledge he brings with him and would definitely call them again in the future.

Tommy did a fantastic job! He was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what he diagnosed. He quickly resolved the problem. I really appreciated the excellent
communication from dispatch, that also kept me informed prior to his arrival.

Hooked up plumbing and faucet for my new sink. Resolved a small issue effectively. Was thorough and did project in good time.

I had Josh and Josh come out to replace my failing hot water heater with a tankless. They did awesome. The area was cleaner when they left then before. They were quick and precise with their work. I got a lifetime warranty. I will use this company for all my heating and cooling needs now.

Past week AC cut out. They came over within 4 hrs of the call. Diagnosed the problem and found a couple weak capacitors. Found system was low on R22. Filled it cleaned it now it works perfectly. The techs are awesome. The call center is quick and nice to work with. I love these folks. Whoever is training and hiring and managing has done so well I will always call them for all my hvac and plumbing. Steve S was awesome!

Safar came out to diagnose a leak and some water. Repaired some drainage piping and even found a motor that was out on my air exchanger. He was knowledgeable and professional and treated me like I was family. I could not ask for more. Ten stars! He is a great tech. It’s what I have come to expect from Laneys.

Chris W had to come out to help me get the gas line under the new range safely. He did just that. He was quick and knowledgeable. He even vacuumed up his own worksite after. Something only true professionals do. I feel like this company treats all their customers like they are family. Thanks again Laneys!

Bob was professional, personable, repaired our toilet, replaced shut-off valves for the washer, and provided input for access to our second floor bathroom plumbing.
