Hydrant on house was pouring water and Ryan looked at all options and started with least expensive. Glad he didn't want to cut a hole in my wall. But for 3 plastic pieces was $158 but it did the job.

We had some electrical work done in our dining room. Our technician was prompt, courteous, explained what he did, and even vacuumed up when he was done!

My boiler fell from my ceiling on August 21st. I called Laney's the next day. I decided to have ductless air installed and to replace the boiler system. It took more than a month to get a quote. Over $31,000 later, it is now the end of January. I have heat and air, finally, and within 3 weeks, the heat system has already had a major repair. The techs have been great in my home, but Tyler in sales and Maren in billing have been so stressful and are just a joke. As I was done paying my bill, Maren even said. "Well I don't know if I would say the service was terrible." Yes ma'am; yes it was.

Edited to add: Your review response is almost funny because it is so filled with inaccuracies. Including, but not limited to: I requested all of the quotes at the same time and the reason for the delays for the tank and meter was because Tyler told me he was taking care of everything and he "just forgot to."

We had to have another 5.0 star local plumbing service come in and fix the pipe work Laney's did. Laney's put in 1.5 in piping instead of 2 in and also put the s trap in the wrong place. This lead to constant water back ups from our washing machine and water spilling onto our floor. We even had Laney's come back to "fix" the problem. They cleaned out the pipes to the sewer but never mentioned the pipe work. We kept having back ups. We didn't know enough about plumbing at the time that the problem was the pipe work and not clogged pipes! Really disappointed that they did such shoddy, not to code work. I expected a 4.9 star service to do work at least to code. Go with the local 5.0 star service.

Thought I was facing a much bigger problem but Safar quickly discovered my a/c didn't have a major problem and quickly gave it a belated (near the end of June) spring tune-up and fixed up a couple of things that did need attention. Very pleased with Safar's work and especially appreciated his explanations.

Max F came and did a good job explaining the problem with my furnace humidifier. Discussed were various options. We agreed on one and he went to get it, installed it, and made sure it worked properly and also with my thermostat. Much appreciated! More than 40 yrs of service.

Paul D came at schedule time.
We moved to this house in May and wanted heating system checked.
Paul helped me with operation of unit. Found couple of issues that are to be taken care of.
Office called and set up time that was convenient for us.

Laneys have always done a great job at our place. They are clean with their work and tidy up when done. They even put a clear view bolted down cover on the sump pump for us when the one we had didn't pass inspection. I really feel they go the extra mile. They even took care of all the warranty paperwork so we didn't have to on the new furnace and AC. Top notch!
