We had a number of projects that we needed help with - from new shower heads to our hot water heater. Bob handled all of the projects - he couldn’t determine the exact issue with the water heater but he promised to have someone who was more familiar with heating/water heater issues. He followed through - we were able to get the water heater issued resolved. Bob was friendly, courteous and professional. Best of all, he followed through on his promise to follow up. Great experience!

Tommy came out to check on our water heater and after he told us it was probably just a thermostat issue. He sat down with us as we told him issues that we had. He talked about a tankless water heater. What he recommended would solve all the issues we were having. Our utility room looks so much better. They were in and out in no time. If you want great professional service call Laneys. And if your lucky you might have Tommy knocking on your door.

Technician was very courteous and professional. He explained everything and gave me a complete overall assessment of my central air system. The only thing wrong (which was not his fault) was the amount of time it took to get an appointment. I called in early May and got an early June date. That had to be moved back 3 more weeks due to their high volume of calls and my system was working. They did take $20 off service call.

Called today on Memorial Day hoping to have someone be able to look at our non working a/c soon. Not only were they able to come out the same night, they also fixed it. Our technician Max was very nice and explained everything to myself and my wife and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend!!
