Our service technician was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the systems function and required maintenance going forward. We will definitely use home heating, plumbing again in the future for our heating & cooling maintenance needs.

Home Heating has repaired our gas furnace twice. The furnace was installed incorrectly originally by another furnace company. Home corrected the system. Home Heating has come to repair our furnace very quickly and the staff is wonderful. They are professional in every way.

TJ did a great job figuring out the issue between our hot water heater, plumbing, and water pressure to help us get hot water again without having to turn on two faucets. We had multiple techs from multiple companies and he was the only one to figure out the issue and get it fixed. Going forward we will save hundreds of dollars and days of frustration by calling him first.

Home Heating has serviced our equipment since we purchased our home so when it came time to replace our 30 year old equipment they were one of the first people we called. Joe was great to work with in getting a quote. He answered all our questions and sent us a quote the same day he came out. We did get quotes from other contractors but Home came in a bit cheaper than others and were more professional and friendly. Nick and Reggie did our install and they were great! They showed up early, finished an hour before the quoted time and made sure to walk us through everything we needed to know about our new furnace and AC. Our thermostat did fail a few days after the install but Home was quick to come out an replace it under warranty! I would highly recommend Home Heating for all your HVAC servicing and replacement needs. We will continue to use them for years to come!

Our 1 year old furnace which was purchased and installed by Home Heating stopped heating. I called the Home Heating after hours number at 10:10 pm and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. It appeared that he got the furnace working and left. An hour and a half later the temp of house dropped to 60 degrees. At 1:10 am I called the after hours phone again and spoke with Candace who took my information and said a technician would contact me. At 3:30 am I called the after hours numbers again because I hadn’t had any contact from a technician. However, the call went to voicemail instead where I again left my information. No contact from a technician. Over the next hour and a half I periodically called the after hours number but it always went to voicemail. Our house was getting colder. Finally at 4:30 am Candace did pick up my call and told me that the technician was at another call and that we were next on his list. No technician arrived. I called at 8:30 am and Candace told me that the technician was picking up items at the shop and would be here by 9:00 am. By 10:30 am the technician had fixed the furnace which was an installation problem. I did ask the technician about his overnight work. He told me that my 10:45 pm was his last job and our 9:00 am was his first of the day. This means that we were getting incorrect information from Candace who assured me that the technician was on another job and would get to us as soon as possible!
The upshot of this experience is that it was faulty installation that caused this problem which I should not be billed for, and the Home Heating website and phone recording which claims to offer help “Day or Night” is incorrect!

Had a water heater breakdown in my house, received same day service to diagnose the problem. Needed a new water heater, and it was installed in under a day! They have always been good to work with.

We had our Marathon water heater replaced. TJ and the female apprentice (sorry, I can’t remember her name) arrived right on time, did a very professional-looking job, left everything super clean and both of them were very courteous and friendly. We would highly recommend Home Heating & Air Conditioning again.
We also had Home Heating install a new furnace and A/C last year, and had the ducts cleaned by Travis and Darren. That review disappeared when I write the new review, but service was excellent on that job also!

I manage the condo division for a local property management company, and Home Heating is my go-to company when I need to send a vendor out to my condos or to Homeowner's individual units. They're professional, friendly, timely, and do wonderful work. I highly recommend them!

Service call was for fixing a toilet that would not fill. Excellent customer service!

Our fireplace stopped working and wouldn't start. Technician came out, fixed it, and had it going in a short time. We have had other work done by Home Heating and it has always been fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.
