Yet another fine job by Home Heating and Plumbing! Professional all the way! Joe was very thorough and even addressed a couple of things that weren't in the original service call. We were able to get service on our furnace the same day and the service tech was Garrett who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I have used Home Heating several times both in my Real Estate business and personal home. I highly recommend them. Travis 23-0216 later installed the new furnace and was extremely neat and professional.

Losing ac right when it gets hot sucks. Darrin was responsive and was able to get us scheduled much faster (by over a month) than other companies. Highly recommend.

The employee who came was great and very knowledgeable. Reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is I think a $62 travel fee is a bit much to drive 5 mins into Moorhead!

Our furnace repair technician identified and quickly repaired a tricky issue with out furnace and kept me informed about the issue and how to be on the lookout for it and similar issues in the future.

We noted a small leak in our "Marathon" water heater that was about 12 years old. Called for service check and they were able to come out within 24 hours. Determined that a new water heater was needed. When purchasing our original "Marathon" water heater it came with a "life time warranty". Service personnel quickly contacted the business that it was purchased from, went to pick up a replacement heater and installed it all within about 2-3 hours! Great service. Thank you!

Home heating put a new gas furnace in our home. The service men arrived on time. They were careful to make sure not to make a mess. They worked all day and had the new furnace in and working by the afternoon. They cleaned up the area and explained every step to us. Thank you.
