Service calls are always quick and attentive. Even when the problem isn't easily diagnosed the first time, they can find the solution.

I personally value the service that Home Heating provides. They are professional and being an older woman you want someone you can trust and you have that with this company. I give this company a A++++ rating and have used them for years.I specifically ask for Brian as my tech and he has never let me down with the workmanship or questions I may have. They are my GO TO company for my needs.

Home Heating was great! We had them install a garage heater and a tankless water heater. They did outstanding work.

My only complaint about them was the mess they left behind. The work they did required them to add another gas vent outside our house, and we found a dried foam insulation, metal shavings, and very sharp chunks of metal conduit outside. In the garage we also found sharp chunks of metal pieces and shavings on the floor. Outside was much worse though.

I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to others. I would just ask them up front to please clean up at the end and check things over before they left.

My motor in my hvac was dead and they replaced it the same day, with 3 or so customers ahead of me. Would recommend.

It is a breath of fresh air knowing when you call to have the work done that it is done right. They are always timely and professional cleaning up behind themselves. They explain what they are doing and they are great at setting me at easy that things are working as they should. I would recommend this company to anyone needing Plumbing, heating, and A/C work. They are definitely 5 stars in the work they do!

Plumbing technician was able to come quickly, was very polite and got the job done quickly. Did a nice job of sharing options and helping check for warranties on our old water heater. Excellent experience, will definitely use Home again. Furnace repairman was very thorough and found a number of minor improvements for furnace performance as well as a motor replacement. When the new motor failed multiple times, he was prompt to come back and replace again at no charge, and eventually went to a different supplier as the motors that were failing seemed to have come from a bad batch.

We used another local company that took forever to get us in and quoted us an astronomical amount for the repair. We called Home for a second opinion and they were able to get it us the same week we called and get our system repaired the next week! Would highly recommend calling Home for your annual tune-up!

Trevor from Home Heating service our fireplace and did an excellent job. Looks like it's practically brand new. Well worth the fee. Trevor was very personable, friendly and professional. He did an outstanding job of cleaning up after himself. He's a great asset to Home Heating.

He also serviced our electric heater which took 10 minutes of him checking the filter and the electrical wiring. Informed I should replace the filter which I had to order online. For what we got, the service fee seemed very expensive. Especially when I had to spend another $40 on a filter. My system uses a 4 inch thick filter. For that kind of fee for a 10 minute check of wires, I think the filter should have been included, even if Home had to order it for me. If they would have covered the filter cost, I would have given them a 5 star review.
