We used TJ to help us with our water heater. And doing some other plumbing work. He gave us a time frame and got it done earlier then expected. We would recommend him to anyone.

I needed a plumber to address some drainage issues in both the kitchen and bathroom. One of my co-workers recommended TJ at Home Heating. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and very personable. Took care of the problem and also addressed an issue I was having with shower faucet. Great experience. Definitely know who I will be calling in the future

They installed our garage heater, and they were very good! Came promptly when they said they would, finished early and coordinated with electrician. Very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism.

Came out at 2am on a Friday for a furnace repair. Great service for the time of night as well.

I called because our water heater had completely quit working. It was -20 degrees out so I thought they would be booked solid fixing peoples furnaces and such, and that it would be a long time before someone could come fix my issue. I didn't catch the name of the guy on the phone, but he was very courteous and helpful. Justin Aguirre showed up about 20 minutes after my phone call, knew right away that we needed a new water heater, under warranty, and had it installed in what I considered incredibly fast. Justin was very professional, worked hard and fast, and was pleasant to deal with. My expectations were far exceeded today, and I thank Home Heating for the quick service and Justin specifically for the great work.

We have used Home Heating since the purchase of our 1st home about 29 years ago. We tried other businesses, but they do not compare to the timely quality and reasonably priced service we've had from Home Heating. Their service techs do a great job!, they explain, they are prompt, courteous, and clean up when finished! In 2019 I purchased 2 new sump pumps from Home Plumbing and Heating. Later that year, we had water in our basement. “Not our fault, the outside line froze” was the answer that I received. Now in April 2022, I have water in my basement again due to a faulty sump pump. An incredibly smug service manager named Tony told me “Not our problem again, the pump is out of warranty”. If you want problems to occur at your home, call Home Plumbing and Heating.

I have had these people out for 2-3 years for the same reason. My furnace overheats and none of their techs could figure out why. At $104 for each tech visit I have spent a thousand dollars or more. He told me to get my duct work cleaned for $750 or a new furnace for $5000. Do NOT RECOMMEND. I had Accel Mechanical to my home ONCE, and they figured out the problem!!!

Had a basement floor drain that was backing up. Joseph and Brayan came within a short time of when I called and had it fixed in no time, with no mess. I have used Home Heating for years for many things, large and small and they have done excellent work every time, at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend them without reservation.

I was pleased that Joe drove 45 minutes to give us an estimate on a larger AC unit. He was thorough in his explanation of what we needed. His estimate came exactly when he said it would. Then we scheduled him for service. We became desperate because of the hot and humid conditions, so I called Joe to ask if we could get in earlier if there was a cancellation. Later that morning he called to say that he indeed had a crew he could send down the next day. They attended to their business, called when they were finished, and followed our wishes regarding the old unit. We were thrilled!

As far as value goes, I don’t know if it’s good value or not. We did not end up asking for any additional estimates from other companies mainly because we do a lot of work with Home Heating and trust them.
