Aaron phoned before arriving and was on time. He serviced my boiler and I was happy with his work. Would recommend.

We did an annual HVAC service agreement with Bolton when we bought our new home. Our HVAC system had some issues with the zoning between floors and one of the thermostats wasn't working. Randy from Bolton was able to unravel the issues and rewire the board to fix the problem. He was thorough and did a great job things working as they should. Highly recommend!

This was Randy's second service call for us and both times he was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained how our furnace works and the steps needed for repair. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. He was super nice even though our particular furnace presented a bit of a challenge!

If we need future services from Bolton we plan to ask for Randy.

I am new to the Asheville area and received 3 bids for plumbing work that needed to be done at the house. Bolton was the company that I went with and was so glad that I did!!! From the moment one calls the office and speaks to Angie and/or Mindi who were very friendly and helpful, to meeting with Ronnie the service manager who met with me at my home to give me ball park estimates and took the time to explain everything and clarified when needed, to the wonderful team of Plumbers, Branden, Jimmy and James, who were respectful to my home, polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining things that were unfamiliar to me, I was completely happy and satisfied with the results of the service performed and the superior customer service!! This company is ethical and there are no hidden fees or surprises when the bill arrives. The ball park figure Ronnie quoted, was actually a bit less. When does that happen???? Very honorable. Mike was very clear with his communication and kept me informed of his schedule and arrival. Super professional and fixed the problem. The diagnostic fee is a little steep but since our problem was an immediate fix it seemed especially worthwhile for the company’s time.

Chad came and installed a whole house water filtration system. He was punctual professional and courteous. Also spoke to Ronnie who helped me through the process. Great company! Will use them in the future!!

It took over a week for Bolton to get someone out to fix my air conditioner during an extremely hot time of the year (the reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating). Their technician, Randy, was top notch! Even though a simple coolant recharge was all that was really required, he took the extra time to thoroughly check my system over, to explain things clearly, and to address some other issues related to extending the overall health of my system (he's the biggest reason my star rating wasn't lower).
