The Bolton employees, Brady & Brian, were very professional, thorough and informative when they performed the routine check-up on the heating system at my home. I asked questions and received informed answers and information that would help me manage heating concerns. When I asked what testing they were performing while checking my heating system, I was told what they were doing and what the results were. I would recommend Bolton to anyone that needs service. Bolton has done several projects for me over the years. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and equipment. Randy was very helpful getting an old AC unit back up and running for me to get through the summer. I highly recommend Bolton for heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical work. They have done it all for me.

Brandon was thorough and did a great job. He was also very friendly and polite.

I was in pinch trying to cool down a whole room full of people who were there to relax and have a nice meal, but my A/C wasn't working properly. After putting in a call with Bolton Construction they sent out Randy Mashburn to service my system. He was able to diagnose the issue in minutes and have me up and running at full capacity in no time.

He defiantly wasn't afraid to jump right in there and get done what needed to be done. He came back from my attic looking like a coal miner but the A/C was pumping and my customers were so happy. I will never have anyone but Bolton service my system from here on out, and I plan to ask for Randy personally!

Having been in the residential building business myself for more than 30 years, I was impressed with the two technicians from Bolton. They explained what they were doing and why. They did a through job of cleaning the boiler, locating the problem, and explaining the need for the new parts.
They went right away to get parts and while one went to get the parts, the other stayed to clean the unit and also cleaned a gas heater in the garage. After installing the new parts, they repeatedly tested the unit to make certain that the unit was reliable.

Mike from Bolton Construction was really great. He quickly identified the issue for on of our rentals and issued a reasonable quote to fix the issue. Thank you.

Late on a recent Friday, our AC went out. I called around for help but was told it would be 10 days or so before someone could come out. My last call was to BOLTON. They sent Josh out right away. He diagnosed the problem...my compressor died. Next, I met Angie who was a huge help. She scheduled my service and got Andrew involved immediately. In playing with the numbers, Andrew found it made more sense to get a new unit instead of replacing just the compressor on the much older machine.
I could go on with the details BUT the bottom line was that BOLTON had us up and running is 3 days....a week earlier than their competitors could even come out.
So, Bolton is now FIRST on my call list. I already have another project for this group of truly great professionals. My thanks again to JOSH, ANGIE and ANDREW and all the others that were involved. Great job!!
