The quote and scheduling process: Ronnie came to our property to provide a quote on some work in a proposed laundry area. Ronnie was extremely knowledgeable and suggested a great course of action. The price came in fair and the work was performed in a timely manner.

The installation:
Brad and Chad came out from Bolton and installed supply lines/ waste lines/vented pump. We needed to make a few changes to the original plan and everyone on site accommodated the unforseen circumstances very well.

The Finish:
Brad and Chad returned to the property to ensure the install was top quality.

In short I have nothing but top marks for this business and it's employees.

We have us Bolton Construction for many years for our plumbing needs. Our main reason for needing them is usually to unclog one of our customers restrooms where someone has put something down the toilet that shouldn't go in one. The respond fast, they know our restaurant's plumbing, many of their workers have been there a long time, friendly, do a good job, and clean up any messes made. Highly recommended.

Our furnace stopped working and it was set to be 10 degrees that night and Aaron was so nice when we called even though we were a little worried about freezing that night. He came out right away when other companies wouldn’t even pick up the phone. I was very impressed with his follow up and courtesy. Would definitely use him again!

Called Bolton today in need of a clogged drain/pipe cleared. Spoke with the exceptionally nice Plumbing Service Coordinator Mindi & within 30-45min James arrived. Not only was he prompt but also very friendly, professional, and informative. Got the job knocked out in no time (clog 50ft down the line). Will 100% call Bolton again thanks to the professionalism James and Mindi emanated. You two rock, I appreciate you! Bolton, give those two a raise. James was humble, polite, and to be completely honest he represented your company better than pretty much any service tech I've ever encountered and I've encountered quite a few in my time. Definitely will recommend Bolton to everyone thanks to todays experience.

Toilet leak at floor connection and a sink shutoff valve would not stop water flow. I was able to get next day service. James arrived right on the scheduled time and looked over the work. He was able to repair the valve instead of replacing which saved time and money. He replaced toilet floor drain wax seal and cleaned up area. Tested it all out to make sure all ok. Highly recommend Bolton service. I will call them first when it comes to any work they support.

A lightning strike took out my system. It took a bit to get the fan motor and after that they realized the control was fried as well. Kevin found the computer board and drove across town to get it. He installed it that evening. He was amazing.

The guy showed up on time, but decided he didn t want to dig to locate and repair my water line from house to street. And he left with no recommendations on how to proceed. In the meantime. This leak is costing me 4 to 5 times my normal water bill. I discussed what happened with his manager who offered no resolution or suggestion on how to proceed. I have now hired a highly recommended plumbing service. Stay away from Bolton. Bad news.

Mike was awesome! Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, he corrected a problem no one had been able todiagnose or repair. I had thought I was not understanding the system, but Mike discovered a faulty piece of equipment. Thanks! Bolton is excellent (once again).
