We have worked with Bolton Construction & Service of WNC on multiple occasions. Always professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Brad was fantastic. Will definitely contact Bolton again if/when needed.

Had some electrical work done. I guess it was the office manager called me. I had a small balance left with them. My son had just passed away I told her that's why it had slipped my mind. She didnt even acknowledges it or say she was sorry. She was so incredibly rude to me. She threatened to take me to small claims literally right after I told her of my sons death.

Aaron did an excellent job, saving us from suffering a cold night with no heat. He made two trips to our house this evening, and spent a long time working outside in very cold weather. We really appreciate him and the folks at Bolton.

Brad was thorough and efficient. He also listened to my HVAC theories about what could have gone wrong. He explained what he was doing. All in all, it was a very good service call.

I needed service on my air conditioners today and I was very pleased with the response time and service information provided by Mike at Bolton. Let's face it, any time there is an HVAC problem... you just know there will be a big bill. So, I try to maintain a relationship with the same company (Bolton) so they have a history of my equipment and a relationship with me.

Mike was very knowledgeable and set about to troubleshoot our A/C problem right away. He looked for the lowest-cost solution on our behalf.
