I’ve worked with Quality Comfort for over 7 yrs now. From the moment you call in until the technician leaves the process is seamless. Jacob who sets appointments is always helpful in getting maintenance scheduled fast. I always ask for the same technician Vadeem whom I’ve worked with since the first time we called for service. He knows my system, family and property well. I have never felt taken advantage of, sold to or over charged with this company. If your looking for a solid company to support your HVAC needs this is the place hands down.

This company serviced three old LG units until they gave out. They installed the new Mitsubishi units and have been servicing them ever since. They always call 10 minutes before they arrive and come at the appointment time. You don't have to hang around half a day waiting for them. I highly recommend them.

I always request that Andy service my HVAC system. He does an excellent job and is always happy to explain what he is doing. Very satisfied with the level if service and will continue to use them.

A couple of years ago I closed on a house that had a Trane system installed by Quality Comfort. This particular unit has had issues from the factory. Vadim from Quality Comfort has come and done all the repairs and recheck of the system. He’s very knowledgeable. He has an awesome work ethic and is very smart and thorough and kind. I trust him to continue doing all my servicing and repairs. The company as a whole is a great company. They are all kind, responsive and always on time. I can always rely on them! This company installed all of our new duct work and HVAC system. We were building our new home, moved in in 2013. Here we are now, with having to replace our HVAC system because this company did not leave ANY paperwork for us to register our HVAC system...NOTHING! Not to mention that they did not install the sump pump drain on the air handler drip pan properly! Cause of the now current problem! If you don't register, your warranty is only good for 5 years. We would have registered it if we were given all of our paperwork and actually had someone explain this to us. So now, if we had the 10 year warranty and proper paperwork, our now failed unit would have been covered. Also, the guy answering the phone is clueless and has difficulty with the English language. IMO don't waste your time with this company. My review would be in the negative zero!

Great professional Company! I really appreciate their worker Andy as the best tech of HVAC systems in our area. This guys saved me many times from summer heat!!!

Scheduled a service appointment for one of our clients. Quality Comfort was the company who had originally installed the HVAC at this home. Their technician showed up to the property and acted unprofessionally, demanded money from the client despite having notes indicating we would take care of payment, and then left when they were reminded of that. When we called their main office to ask what happened, they said "we don't work with management companies". If that is your policy, make it public and state it when appointments are scheduled. Not after you've inconvenienced a person to take time out of their day to meet you while you are standing inside their home. I will not use nor recommend this company to anyone.
