Aaron Buchanan, the boiler tech with Bolton who worked on my residential boiler and condensate pump,is an excellent, experienced, communicative tech and repair person. He did a great job! Arrived on time. Took my calls and solved the problem on the first attempt. Not many like him any more . A true journeyman. Bolton should be proud to have him on their team!

Aaron helped diagnose our multiple HVAC systems, and plan for future service. Mike has taught me useful knowledge or system during repairs. Dispatcher Angie takes ownership of my emergent needs and follows through on them. Just the best crew of people to work with.

Mike was very professional and courtesy. He helped determine what the problem was and how to correct it. We were given 2 options. We chose the one that was best for us. We have used Bolton Construction a number of times for plumbing and HVAC issues since we have an older home. We have always been pleased what’s the service, the response, and how quickly they have taken care of our issues. This time with our AC going out in the middle of a summer heat wave we were thrilled with how quickly they came out and fortunately it was a quick fix too. Thank you for helping us take care of older home!

Mike came for a routine check of our furnace before the cold weather began and discovered that it needs to be replaced because of a big hole in the heat transfer unit. He may well have saved us from a fire caused by the furnace..We are very grateful!! He was sympathetic but said we must stop using that furnace immediately.

Recently had our diesel boiler serviced and replaced the old thermostats with smart ones. Also added a mixing valve. Aaron was great. Helped me understand the diesel boiler system better, was professional and did good work.

Brandon was super helpful, professional and technically astute to solve a furnace issue we were having. Really appreciate his commitment to fixing the problem. Appreciate Brandon and Kevin getting us back in service before the super cold temperatures arrived.

Michael was excellent. Very professional, courteous and timely. I recommend him. They moved drains, waterlines and valves. Very thorough . I would call Bolton again for plumbing needs.
