Technician was very courteous and competent. I was very comfortable and confident in his ability to resolve the issue with my water heater. Thanks for the advise and for getting it up and running again.

I had Nick and Doug here for new plumbing and water heater. They were prompt, kept me informed, worked with me on things that came up that I didn’t know I needed—an awesome team. I also had some electrical upgrades done with Matt and Ben. Again, outstanding service and very professional Very pleased with Gwynn Services. Their gas line folks are coming to connect my new stove. I have no doubt they will handle things in the same professional manner.

The service is for installing a back flow value @ my church.
Both gentlemen who came out were professional, personable & courteous.
Both knew their job well. They were careful around the fiber optic line. The young apprentice was meticulous and states he loves to dig (smile). Handling large equipment by the lead gentleman was expertly done. We are still waiting for the inspector before closure can be done & passed. I did provide covering over the pipes.

I needed a breaker put in I am on a Duke engery program. I learned a lot from the young man that came to my house he fixed the breaker and I was telling them about my heat hump. That someone was going to give me a estimate and was gonna charge me a $100 and he said they get free estimates but he did look at my heat up and tell me exactly what was wrong with it. This is a very Professional business. They're not trying to rip you off either they're very honest. I have recommended them to a few people already.

Great company and great service. Sent an email late yesterday. Someone called me early this morning. The technician was out promptly. And less than two hours from the time I talked to someone my plumbing issue was fixed. Great and dependable service.

Gwynn installed an EV charger in my garage and reconfigured my electrical panel so I could use the existing breaker box. Scheduling was easy and both Bo the service manager and Joe the service tech were professional and easy to work with. They took care of appropriate permits and finished the job quickly. Highly recommend!

Electrical repair. The light was not working on our ceiling fan. Duke said the ceiling fan would have to be replaced. As the Gwyn repairman was preparing to remove the old ceiling fan, the light worked again. He tightened the blades. We are taking back the new one. He saved us money. He was very nice.

The tech was nice and very knowledgeable. Found the problem in no time. Cullen thank you for all you did, my mom is happy, that make me happy. I will definitely be calling for your services in the future.

Terrell really handled my account with care. Gwyn's quote beat out 2 competitors. The American Standard, which was installed, received very high ratings. The HVAC installation did not take a full day, as projected. Mark came in after to set the fan and conduct minor adjustments.

I highly recommend Gwyn if you are looking to replace your HVAC system. I will definitely seek out Gwyn for my next installation.
