My service was done on June 12 . The installation was great so far but still waiting on the city to do the inspection.
The only problem I have with this company is the lack of communication but thanks to Terrell if it was not for him I would never know what is happening. So Thank You Terrell

The sales rep Terrel was excellent. He walked me through what was going to happen, and how much it was going to cost I just thought it was great. Chester was our technician and he did a fantastic job explaining what was wrong with our system and going above and beyond to make sure that our system was working before he left. 5 stars service, hands down! We had some issues with our heating system, and called a few places for estimates, since replacing a whole heating unit is expensive.

Terrell Robinson came to give an estimate from Gwyn. He was friendly, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent time explaining in detail what he had found out about our own unit, including pictures, and listened to our concerns. After he came to look at our unit, he was easy to get in touch with, as well. His quote came quickly, and it was incredibly amenable, including transferable warranty. We were even able to schedule the repair that same week.

Thanks to Dustin as well for the quick installation! We were expecting an all-day affair, but it was done in five hours. He showed up very early in the morning and was out around lunchtime.

Brian at Gwynn did a great job advising us on our plumbing needs and in conducting our repairs. His advice was easy to understand, and we were very pleased with his professional service!

Jesse arrived on time and professionally performed a/c annual check. He also assisted with a filter I had trouble removing to replace. He pointed out two areas that are points of constriction for the future. I appreciate his assistance.

Nick and Doug removed my 20+ year old gas water heater, removed and reinstalled my recirculation pump on our new, heat-pump, electric water heater. They were friendly, worked efficiently and left the area as neat as they found it. I would recommend them without hesitation.
