The technicians that came out from Gwen HVAC were on time prompt efficient knew what they were doing and knew what they needed to have in order to do the job did it efficiently cleaned up after themselves were very friendly cordial and eager to help so I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service work done.

Gwyn is excellent. Brian has been to my home twice to figure out the main issue with my water heater. They are thorough, and take the time to troubleshoot. They are honest, and that's what I appreciate so much. I will stick with Gwyn when it comes to appliance and or electric issues. Matt was awesome too. He replaced our breaker to the water heater that was causing the issues. Thank you so much for pin pointing the issue and getting it taken care of.

We were having problems with wiring, too much on one circuit, and a light fixture not working properly. The technician checked each area. He was able to fix one. The other two are going to require a new fixture and services that were not covered under our plan. I'm going to have to budget and purchase what we need and then I will call them again to schedule to finish the repair. The technician was very professional, honest and seemed to know what he was talking about. He was not condescending and spoke plainly in terms I could understand. He also gave me options and let me know how to plan and solve the issues we are having.

Gwyn did repairs on my very old heat pump/air conditioning unit. It was almost 30 years old and was about finished so we wanted to have it replaced.
