Installed surge protector for Duke on my home’s meter box - on time, professional and very quickly done

These guys took out my very old oil furnace and AC unit and replaced everything with a top of the line system, for much better of a price than I expected. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Nathan Phillips helped get me set up for an appointment and advise on what route to take, quickly and easily; Terrell Robinson came out and gave me an accurate quote in only about 10 mins and even explained some things I didn’t understand about my ductwork, he was also very easy to text or call any time I needed him; Dustin and Mason (don’t know their last names) installed the whole system and not only did an excellent job in 2 days time, but were also fun to talk to and very friendly. Lastly, they had to give me a new breaker box and meter and unfortunately I don’t know the guys names who did that but they also did an awesome job and contacted me promptly when they needed to.

Overall it was a very streamlined and satisfying experience. I’m super excited to have this new system installed as it’s a major improvement. I highly recommend going with Gwyn!

We had to have a water heater installed and I would definitely use them again. Professional, courteous and answered all questions without hesitation. They were on time, didn’t leave a mess, even cleaned up the floor where the old heater was. He explained everything to my dad when he wanted to ask questions, just a great experience. I’m glad they were able to come get it done. If you have water heater problems they are the ones to call.

Service provided was Electrical service. Gwyn stepped into a typical older home remodel and did a great job roughing in the Electrical. They had a lot of trouble shooting to do, picking through a mess of spaghetti wiring from the past. They are nice to talk through issues, they asked questions that made me feel they had experience with older home wiring. Overall we are very pleased with the first phase of the project, and look forward to the finish phase!

I was absolutely pleased with the service provider with Gwyn Electric. They came out on a national Holiday, to check damages & what needed to be done. Mike was extremely friendly... Made me comfortable with him working on my house. Was faat, efficient & extremely cautious with everything. Didn't even want to walk in my house with dirty shoes. I felt he was trustworthy & honest. He also did the entire job alone. Never had anything negative to say the entire time he worked... & also gave me some great pointers to look at & into to further take care of my home. We continue to be pleased with Gwyn Services. This spring when the unit had sunk into the ground and we couldn’t change the filter, 2 technicians came and lifted the heavy unit and supported the pad with bricks. Today Corbin came to do semi-annual servicing. He worked hard even in the rain and explained anything I asked about. 6/22/2023
