I called them out to diagnose my HVAC because the blower was working but the heat would not turn on. They were upfront and honest with me that my unit was old and that it would eventually need to be replaced. They were however able to get it working and only charged me for a normal service charge. I think their service fee is about $125. I would totally recommend based on their knowledge and professionalism.

Baki came out this morning to do routine maintenance on our HVAC system and he was a very polite and talented young man.

I am always pleased with our service from Gwyn. Yesterday, technician Collin performed our winter maintenance inspection. He was thorough and found a gas leak in the system. He repaired that and explained the situation and in doing so, gave me a feeling of confidence. I'm happy to renew my contract with Gwyn.

I had a hot water heater issue and he came and saw the problem on a Friday and by Tuesday morning I had a completely new water heater!! Thank you guys, best company ever

I don't really give positive reviews too often, but they did a very good job. They showed up on time, did the job as promised and I was very satisfied. Here is my ultimate compliment, I would hire them again.

I used Gwyn to install a proper electrical and plumbing setup for a new dishwasher install.

Both service men were great to work with and explained what they would be doing and got permission before changing anything permanently such as a whole in the wall that may be required to feed the new line to the panel.

The electrician also advised me of a few other big safety issues with the exterior electric setup I currently have. That really helps knowing they are looking for potential hazards and alerting the home owner that it needs to be corrected. Stuff I had noticed but didn't think it was a safety concern.

Also, I didn't ask the scheduler to do so but he moved jobs around so that I could get everything done in one day which was awesome. Helped me out a great deal.

They were very friendly when I asked about other quotes and jobs I needed done around the house.

Overall I highly recommend Gwyn! They did a great job!

I love that I received a text b4 they arrived. Joe was awesome. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He completed the task and then asked if anything else was needed. I would definitely recommend them for all services. Fantastic!!!
