Billy is very unprofessional and unreliable,, if your lucky enough to get him to answer the phone he will tell ya he will be out at such in such a time, but he never shows or calls. He will not answer his phone, does not return text or voicemail.
Our contractor used him to install our heating and air, and for a new unit we have had nothing but problems, I was informed today by another company problems fixed today was because of poor workmanship. Take my advice stay away from this company, he has no problem leaving you hanging.
