Duncan has always been a great company. They show up on time and do a great job. The technician on this particular visit took time to explain the repairs and what was needed. They are very professional.

This team of workers were very good at replacing the HVAC unit, inside and outside unit.. Very respectful and polite. They were very conscience about making sure they didn't make or leave a mess. Were here on time and finished job on time.Highly recommend this company.

Their service technician, Corey was prompt, very friendly/ likable and informative. He came out for routine Fall maintenance and when testing the unit found that a capacitor was going bad . Due to having a well stocked service truck he was able to replace it while he was here . I highly recommend Duncan Heating & Air for all of your residential HVAC needs .

I recently had a HVAC failure on a 18 year old unit. I called Duncan Heating & Air for service and they responded the same day but unfortunately, there wasn’t any hope for the old unit. David and his team was very professional, I was given various options and all my questions answered so that I could make a educated decision on a new system. The whole experience was first class from David and his team from constant communication, fair price, customer service, quality of work and even a follow up phone call a week after the work was completed. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Best HVAC company by far. Never have I ever had a problem with them. Extremely kind and understanding when I had a mess because I have three kids. Duncan installed a Phenomenal Aire system, replaced two faulty breakers and relocated a heating and air vent for me. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend giving these guys a call for all your heating and air needs.

Duncan Heating & Air made a quick and timely zone controller replacement for our system. We have an older multi-zone system which Duncan has paid attention to and helped us with quick diagnostics and repairs.

A business shows what they're made of when having to deal with a customer issue. My customer issue has made it very clear to me they are completely invested in customer satisfaction. Even with something as simple as a miscommunication causing a customer pain point, I was contacted from someone who made it right without an ounce of annoyance.

We received top notch service from the repairman, complete empathy and understanding from front desk concerning issue when reported, and outstanding customer service in finalizing our satisfaction. I've had my heater worked on 3 years in a row (unfortunately), here's hoping we can skip a year or two, but if we have to call someone again, it will DEFINITELY be these guys.
