The experts from Duncan replaced both systems in my home and simply did an outstanding job from the start. They walked though the house and gave me options along with their recommendations. The price was very fair and competitive and the new equipment is exceptional. The crew was prompt, professional, and truly cared about the quality of job they were doing. I won't go anywhere else and you won't find a company and team more dedicated to the customer's satisfaction.

A lady started calling me at 730 am back to back 3 times waking me up the first time over a price for cleaning my heat pump started my day off badly Very upset over this !!!! I had to block her from calling me back again I was going to use this company again but not now because of the lie that was just told in response to my review!!!

Duncan Heating & Air replaced my mother’s A/C unit. They were very professional, precise, and persistent with assisting my mom through the whole process from start to finish. Not only did they attempt to fix the old one, they provided a informative explanation. Ultimately, my mother needed a brand new unit. This was done by very skilled and well trained technicians. The quality that was provided during the installation was amazing and stress free. Our family will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to friends.

When we learned we would need to replace our heating and air conditioning we shopped around. Replacement is a big expense so we wanted to make sure we were getting the most for our money. The team at Duncan provided us with the best system...we read all the reviews and knew American Standard was top rated. They gave us several different options and price points. Installation was completed as promised and everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. We now have a quite and energy efficient system keeping us nice and comfortable. The process was easy from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough!

We have been in our new home almost 4 years and have had issues with out heat pump at least 7 times. After calling original installer twice they never could find issues. Duncan came recommended and went on their service contract. Nick has been the best in service and professionalism. It's taken two weeks of testing and followup but continuously resolving problem. Duncan Heating and Air has by far the best customer service around. They fit me in on a busy day to check out my heating issues. They looked out for the safety of me and my family once they determined that my heating unit had become unsafe. I was well informed out what they would need to do to install a new system and once they arrived to install it they were very professional and informed me of any issues that arose and had heat in my home that day!! The next day, I received a phone call from the owner to make sure the install went well! What a great company!
