Exceptional customer service, I have a service agreement with Duncan Heating and Air and they Went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. Corey our service tech went over everything with a fine tooth comb . Very reasonable pricing and great customer service .

Its hard to find a business that keeps their word. Duncan came the next day like they said, ordered the replacement part like they said and fixed our system for the price quoted like they said. Our heat pump went out on Sunday, and they were there in less than three hours. Major for a weekend. We needed a replacement and they beat all the compition and were just great to work with. Would recommend them to everyone. 5 Stars!!
