I can’t say this to more people and if anyone asks me going forward who I would use it will be Duncan Heating & Air. Their manager Tim stepped up and did what we all expect but hardly ever get in this day and age. He went above and beyond and came back out to our house on a cold Friday night so our family of six would be properly heated and safe. I’m posting the pic cause these things should be left to the pros. Tim and his team at Duncan are the best in the business… thank you again !

Duncan impressed us from start to finish. When our "old house" problems were more than a weekend repair could fix, the service tech took my call on a Sunday, and the following morning the company owner was at my door to provide an estimate on a complete system replacement. Duncan was honest, communicative, and incredibly professional to work with. Once the system was installed, the technician went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed about our equipment. Cannot recommend Duncan enough!

Duncan Heating and Air has by far the best customer service around. They fit me in on a busy day to check out my A/C issues.

Great service men and prices. Duncan installed a new HVAC system years ago including removing the old metal duct, they cleaned them installed new sealant new tape and insulated all ducts. Just had them come service it and what professionalism the whole crew has. Awesome work. Will and would recommend them.

Duncan Heating & Air took care of us quickly and professionally! We called on Friday and the tech was at our home Monday morning. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and fixed it within an hour.

We tried to use another company originally and they were non-responsive and dishonest. We were waiting 6 days for a backordered motor... Duncan had the motor on their truck and replaced immediately. Additionally, the original company claimed that we had a cracked blade. The Duncan tech showed me the blade...it was not cracked or damaged.

Great customer service and honesty! That is what we experienced with Duncan Heating & AC. We will use them again if we have future issues.

A top notch company! In today's climate, it is hard to find a business that delivers like Duncan does. Reasonably priced, professional, on time, and actually cares about the customer. I will use them for all my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them.

Great service and knowledge repair mechanic. Offers a nice maintenance upkeep to the heat and cooling pump.

Despite being super busy time of year Duncan got my A/C back up and running in less than 24 hours. It was not an easy job in the attic in August, but their technician was super knowledgable and got the job done quickly and I've not had a problem since.

Another great experience with Duncan! About 6 months ago they replaced two complete systems for me and I am extremely happy with the performance of the new units. The other day I was having intermittent issues with the heat from one of the units and they sent Tyler out the same day even though they were incredibly busy. He was able to locate the problem and fix it quickly. It had nothing to do with the new equipment, it was actually some aged wiring coming from the house to the new unit. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and even called the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. This company is amazing and everyone is very friendly. Their products are top of the line with very fair pricing.They are also strong supporters of the Military! If you don't have a company you are happy with or trust, please give Duncan a try and you won't be sorry.
