Bustle Heating & Cooling

I have known Robert Bustle for 15 years now. We have been rescued on many occasions over the years. My propane furnace was having issues during a time when funds were low... he serviced my unit which gave me another year before it had to be replaced. Our finished basement unit needed replaced several years later.. again servicing during a breakdown. When we had frigid temps this past Christmas and my heat went out Christmas eve...he found the issue the day after Christmas.. a fried computer board..and got the part right away. Recently my water heater went..I couldn't get a plumber, called him for advice and to my relief..he was able to get the new tank and fix in a matter of days!! I can't say enough good things about him, Amanda who works in his office, and his knowledgeable crew. He is honest, skilled and reasonable besides being one of the nicest people I know!! I'm sure you will feel the same if you ever need any of his services!!

Heating system went out on us so we called bustle, they were timely as it was around the holidays so it took I believe a full24 hours before they could come out, which was understandable, although when the owner did come out the gentlemen told me that my fuses were blown and also tested the compressor and said it was bad as well, then he moved to the blower motor and said it was probable it was bad too but that he couldn't test it without the fuses which he did not have on him. He told me that he'd give me a call to give me a quote on replacing the compressor and also a quote for replacing entire unit. This was never done. So we waited a few more days in hopes of a returned call and never received one. I called them back and was told that the owner was out sick that they'd get back to me in a couple of days, yet again I waited a couple days. It has now been well over a 3 weeks with no call returned. I finally decided to work on it myself , so I replaced the fuses and turned on the heat, heat works fine although the blower motor does seem to be going bad something o will replace on my own and fix this unit . Thanks for taking my money and doing doing nothing. That's real good service right there.

We have been using Bustle for years now. They put in two units for us. They have a quick response time when in need. They are very professional. We have recommended them to friends and family. Thank you Robert!

Honestly such an amazing company and highly recommend! They are quick to respond and come out and give fair and trustworthy advise on what to do and for an affordable cost. They came out to my air bnb last min to make sure my guests were comfortable on a Friday night which I am forever grateful for.

Have used Robert and his team for many repairs and installing new systems. Always very courteous and they fix the issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air issues.

Very impressed with the service and price from this company. Philip was my technician, and he was very professional and helpful. Phillip was able to get to my house quickly and fix my issues. Will be using again in the future.

Called them in late May/June to check the cooling system for my son as he was working out of town. Was told all it needed was freon and would be good to go. Today he was told that the coils were nasty, zero refrigerant in system, the springs were impacted, basically the system was toast. He doesn’t keep it at 65 or below either so it wasn’t “stressed”. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone based on their lack of honesty on condition of the unit.

Our air conditioner stopped working and I called our usual company, but they couldn’t come out for a week. I called Bustle Heating and Air after seeing positive reviews through our neighborhood app. They came out right away, we’re on time, and stayed to fix it until it was done. (The other company we usually use will diagnose, then return to fix it at another time) We were very grateful and impressed at the service, and will be switching over our maintenance plan to Bustle as soon as we can!

My blower motor on the AC started vibrating and making a lot of noise. I thought that maybe the bearings on the fan had gone and it would need to be replaced.
I called and got a company to come out and check it, cost me $95 service charge and they barley looked at it then gave me an estimate to replace of almost $1000.00 bucks!
I called Bustle as soon as the other company left (around 530 PM) and they were out the next morning. Phillip and his partner (can't remember her name) were quick and professional. he spun the motor by hand and said "looks like you got something in there" . he pulled the fan and sure enough a dead mouse! Phillip said that happens quite often. he got rid of the mouse, replaced the fan and everything works great. they were here probably 10 minutes in all. when I went to pay he said, "no charge, have a great day!" .
I would recommend these guys to anyone and definitely will call them again for any issues!

One of the best! I have them do all my work for me. Very reliable and does the most quality work I’ve ever seen. I’ve been using them for years. I would highly recommend, especially with this super hot weather
