Bustle Heating & Cooling

I currently manage an apartment property and have had some issues with multiple units and the HVAC. Robert and his staff have been very upfront on cost ,time of repairs, warranty of work, they are very efficient and extremely easy to work with. I will continue to use Bustle while at this complex. They are mindful of my tenants and their needs, great communication and professional promt services. Can't go wrong here.

Robert was very courteous and professional when he came out to troubleshoot my AC draining issue. They blew out the drain line to fix the issue and said if that didn't resolve the issue to give them a call back and they will work on the coil and coil pan. the blowout didn't work and I have called many times to have them come back out and they say they will call back and never do. Very bummed because it is so hard to find knowledgeable fuel oil furnace repair companies.

I have had great experiences with bustle. I had the same guy come out twice to fix issues we had. He was super nice and professional!!!

Having issues with these systems is not fun, but this company is extremely courteous, reasonably priced, and is very, very prompt (even when they are busy). The guys are nice and explain everything that they have done which I have really appreciated. I will continue to recommend this company because they are great!

I can't say enough good things about Robert and his staff! They are always kind and pleasant, each and every staff member I've dealt with. Bustle is very, very prompt in addressing any issues. Recently I had issues with my coil icing up and a call on Monday morning requesting a visit was tended to that day before noon even with, I'm sure, other appointments to visit. Robert, Amanda, and his team had me up and running in no time and the system is running in tip top shape now! I couldn't be happier and at a very reasonable price too! Always am pleased with Robert and his professionalism, kindness, and fairness, will NEVER use anyone else!

They want call you back. I left at least two messages. Did routine maintenance and didn't catch problem. Had to call back because A/C wasn't working. Still didn't repair correctly. After I left several messages with no return call I finally called Duncan heating and air. They came out within a couple hours and replaced a part that was under warranty. I was happy with Duncan. Don't call Bustle. They don't care about their customers.

What a great company! They are very friendly, prompt, and fixed my heater very quickly. I have used them twice so far, and will continue to come back if I have any heating/ac issues. I can't recommend them enough!

These guys were great. They put in a new system for the first floor of my 115 year old home that is currently being renovated (and has never had AC) and will come back this spring to do the upstairs. The pricing is competitive and saved me so much beyond the other quotes I received. Above all the team was quick and thorough, and walked me through everything they completed. They were there when they said they would be and finished on time. These guys are a must if you are quoting out HVAC!
