Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently had our Spring HVAC check-up. Great service from Jordan J., he was very knowledgeable, professional, and took time to explain the system checks. One repair was noted and we went ahead and had him complete the work while he was here. I would recommend Yellow Dot!

Josue and Nolan were very professional and courteous. They accepted the challenge of working in a crawl space that one contractor ran from and refused to even give me a quote. Under arduous conditions Josue and Nolan replaced pipes and made repairs that resulted in hot water reaching my shower and bathroom sink again. They also replaced/fixed leaking shutoff valves located in separate closets. What really caught my attention was their work ethic as they worked nonstop until the job was finished except for a short lunch break. Should I require any plumbing services in the future I will be seeking out these guys to do the work.

If the question is “Should these guys be treated to lunch?” Based on my observation the answer is Of Course.
I do not have the knowledge base or skill set to judge their work, but I am an expert on positive or negative energy filling the space. I thought William Taylor and Nolan Fuller discussed the concerns with me in a very pragmatic, easy to understand way. Also they explain the parameters of their ability to assist with the various the concerns identified under the house. I appreciate what looks like honest effort along side good faith problem solving. I had two Yellow Dot plumbers come out to my house (David Ray and Jose). They did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing a number of issues with our pipes, showers, and hot water heater. They successfully identified issues that were not noticed during the initial inspection and repaired them at no additional cost. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Alberto Hernandez was on time, professional, and attentive to the job at hand. Alberto was able to quickly diagnose the issue and give a solid solution to fix the issue. He also taught me about the system and where all of the breakers were for the unit. Great job and great service! Hard to find these days!

I called to get a quote for repairing a broken water heater and David R. came out and was very knowledgeable and assessed that there was also an immediate and serious issue pertaining to very high water pressure in the system. He said he could go ahead and do a quick fix it for it that same day, but did not pressure me to have the work done. I did choose to do the installation and everything was handled very well. Our water heater system model was more uncommon, so we did need to purchase it separately, but we were able to have the work scheduled soon after. I appreciated that David R. and Danny C. both worked really efficiently and professionally and were willing to explain about the services/installations. I was very happy with the service and would use them again if needed!

Tim Gomez was awesome I have had about 8 different people come and look at our system and he is the only one that told us it would make more sense if the sensor was further from the coil so he moved it for us! He explained everything and provided different options for the mold removal from the unit in the attic so helpful!!

Your plumbing technician Mr David Ray and Mr Nolan Fuller visited my house on time. They did the plumbing inspection and also flushing of water heater. Both did a great job very very professional. Please offer them Lunch.

I've had William Taylor out twice now to do some HVAC repair & service plus work on the dehumidifier that YD installed for us last year. I will be asking for him by name from now on! He is thorough, friendly, prompt, and went well above and beyond for us in more than one way. There were some frustrations with YD regarding the dehumidifier that I made no progress on by myself. When William came out to do routine service on the AC, I told him about it, and he worked some magic to get the situation resolved well above and beyond my expectations. He also did great work getting our AC working - he showed me what was going on and explained it very thoroughly. I could not recommend him more!
