Alberto was incredibly helpful and professional when he showed up to diagnose our AC, and later to make the repair install.

He spent several minutes making sure we took advantage of all the discounts we were able to so our out of pocket costs were as low as possible. We would definitely recommend using Yellow Dot and would albsolutely recommend Alberto as a service technician.

Brian Williams was a pleasure to have come handle the maintenance on my AC unit. Not only was he friendly to me but my child as well. He figured out the problem without a hitch and got it fixed. David and Nolan were very nice and professional. They performed their jobs very well. They discovered I didn’t have a PRV and my water pressure was very high. They also noticed my expansion tank had malfunctioned. They fixed both issues and installed 2 new faucets. While I was not expecting to spend $1200.00 today, ugh ! The job was well done. I would recommend Yellow Dot to my friends.

Omar, is the best thing to happen to Yellow Dot. When my Wife asked me to call Yellow Dot for service I was against it. Omar has completely changed my mind. He completely fixed the problem we had been having for the last 5 years with this AC. He was professional and customer-focused. He deserves lunch and dinner.

Extremely poor product and service. HVAC installed 5 months ago has suddenly stopped working. It has been 15 hours and there is nobody at my house to check that. I have tried calling everybody i could and reach out to them however there is no response other than we have escalated your matter. Nobody has made a call back except me calling them relentlessly. The review is the last option where they can wake up and solve problems for products sold by them. Anybody buying their new product should get in writing what they would be paying in case of such issues and non-responsiveness.

William was fantastic! Stayed late on a Friday (of a holiday weekend!) to make sure our AC was fixed before another NC heatwave. He was helpful, kind, and explained everything to us in detail. Thank you William!

Jose Magana and his associate did a great job. Installation of new AC unit and ductwork, and removal of old system was efficient and professional. They were courteous and thorough in making sure everything functioned properly and all questions answered prior to leaving.

David Ray did an outstanding job for me. He arrived on time, worked quickly and accurately and completed every repair I asked for. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve got another plumbing project in the future that I’d love for David to tackle at some point!
