Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning

I was having issues with my heating unit and Yellow Dot came to service today. Tim Gomez arrived early and took his time with the troubleshooting and maintenance. Tim is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He also made sure the repair was done correctly and had great communication with letting me know what he found, why and what needed be done. He even had us to speak with their Comfort Advisor Nelson Cabrera to go over our options for next steps. I could not ask for a better experience. All around, both Tim and Nelson were great and showed they cared about their work and me as a customer. If you need a service call, ask for Tim you won’t be disappointed!

Troy Williams did a fantastic job! He was professional and had great communication! Give him a raise!

Update: had more work done when the city came to do the inspection. Caleb did a great job and was one of the most polite, personable technicians I've ever had work on my house! He had a great attitude and a smile and was fun to talk to. Give him a raise!

Jordan from Yellow Dot arrived on time for my service appointment today and he was awesome! Pleasant, friendly, and nice young man. Very knowledgeable and experienced especially I asked questions regarding the service of my AC unit. I appreciated the time he took to go over the service he provided for me. I am a very happy to have had Jordan as my Service Tech! Thank You!

The company quickly scheduled an estimate for an EV charger installation. The same person installed the system as performed the estimate and they did the work exactly as planned. They were very professional, timely, and the quality of the work was top notch.

Jordan showed up on time and even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. This helped me with planning. He took care of our HVAC system, including replacement repairs. He did detailed explanations of what he was doing every step of the way. It was most appreciated.

He was very personable and professional. I am happy with their customer service. The overall process was easy and I will continue to do business with them!

Adam did a great job with our HVAC maintenance today. His work was very thorough, he was more than punctual, and he’s very personable. We’ve been members of Yellow Dot’s Complete Comfort Club for the past year and have been pleased with both maintenance visits we’ve had. The customer service has been great across the board. Thus far, at least, my rating for Yellow Dot is: highly recommended!

Daivd Ray and Nolan Fuller did a GREAT job!!! They were timely (actually arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window given). They were very professional and did an excellent job. They gave me an excellent recap on the service performed and recommendations on frequency on future service. Both of them went ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected, I couldn't have asked for better service!

They installed a new water heater. The price has gone up about 4 1/2 times in the last 20 years. No complaints other than less room in closet than with old water heater due to piping, and not providing invoice on day of job. But they did a good job. They were clean, left no mess, were exactly on time for estimate and installation which is unusual and appreciated. The price was the same on installation as on estimate. They were professional and helpful. They answered all my questions. And did more than other companies offered. They did the job within the same week as the estimate which I really appreciated. The men were very nice. No complaints other than invoice or receipt was not given on day of work. I notified the home office and they are sending me a copy of the invoice. I would recommend them as they are extremely nice, considerate, and qualified for work. They did take pictures but did not leave them with me. Water heater replacement price has gone up like most things.

Adam Crawford was excellent, friendly, and professional. He answered questions before I even knew I had them. Adam was able to give suggestions for improvements that seemed very honest and fair. Now if he could just get the office to correct the spelling of my name in their system 🤣

Josue Bolanos and Nolan Fuller, the Yellow Dot team who installed our new tankless hot water heater, were amazing! Helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, professional and friendly! We would recommend yellow dot to any others who ask. We are incredibly happy with the work and the product!
