The electrician, Marc Kelly, was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He was cordial, courteous and made me feel at ease. He diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly. Overall excellent service.

Quan Jones did an excellent job on plumbing our whole house water purification system. I strongly recommend him for any plumbing job in your house!!

Process was easy, Eddie (project manager) was great to work with, he informed me of things others did not (before we scheduled the installation). Rachel and the ladies in the office were always nice and professional with every call. The installation team was prompt, professional, and everything (hvac install, duct work, and electrical panel installation) was completed in the time frame provided. Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend Thermo Direct. Pricing was reasonable and the technicians did a great job. Mine were Markel (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) and Gage. They were very professional and made sure they didn’t leave without completing the job, even if that meant staying late.

Arrived early for Apptmt and technician was incredibly knowledgeable. He put on footies in my home. He locked the back gate and was very neat. He explained every touchpoint.

I've used ThermoDirect for several years and they are always very thorough in their maintenace appointments. I've spent more than I'd like on replacement/repairs to my systems, but they have always been the most reasonable, with great service, great quality and follow up. The techs are professional and explain any issues in layman's terms. They provide several options for repairs or ways to make my systems more efficient or to help prevent future problems. They are also always on point for when it is time to schedule the bi-annual maintenance appts. They make it easy!

I purchased a system from thermal direct during the past year and had excellent results. The representative was top notch, and I have no complaints. My recent inquiry was if I was going to replace a unit at my new location. I chose not to, but if I had, I would’ve use thermal direct.
