This was a plumbing repair. We had an outside faucet replaced. Quan arrived on time, and was polite and respectful. He found an issue with the pressure and fixed that too.

The technician was very professional, thorough, pleasant, took his time and kept me informed and advised me on things to keep my unit running efficiently.

Last year, the downstairs unit bit the dust and Thermo Direct was hired to do a complete system replacement and I chose to go the Daikin Inverter route. Fast forward about 10 months and the upstairs HVAC was gasping its last air so decided to replace with another Daikin Fit system. Cesar and his crew did the first replacement in 2022 and per request was able to get him again for the 2nd system replacement!
Cesar and Miguel arrived right after I cleared out the driveway of family and went right to work. They covered the floor, carpet, stairs wherever needed to avoid any chance of damaging the floor from carrying out the old leaking equipment.
They wrapped everything up just before dinner and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Marquell and Gage were very quick and efficient in installing GFCI outlets, they were in and out in less than 20 minutes, demonstrated the work they did and verified everything was working before leaving. Thanks, we appreciate the speedy resolution!

Technician Aaron is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He first came to my home to going over placing an air purification system in my home. I agreed and he placed the system in my home along with the nest device. After spending the day doing so, he later answered my questions over the phone and returned to show me in more detail how to use the device.

Thermo direct was the most responsive to our situation out of three other companies, and was able to replace our entire hvac unit within 4 days. David, our salesman, was very helpful without being pushy, and honest about pricing and quality of equipment. Their pricing is definitely considered high middle range, but I would consider it worth it based on the timeline of installation, customer service provided, and the great warranties included.
