I absolutely love this company! They have been very responsive. I just had major work done includong duct work and adding a new Daikin system. Thomas and team were professional, courteous and thorough. They worked throughout the day for two days. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.

The guys that came out to install the outlet in the crawl space could not have been nicer. They were quick and very professional. Thermo Direct's pricing is reasonable. I trust them to do a good job and would hire them again.

Thermo Direct was the first company to respond from the Find It Duke Energy site for an electrical problem. They put me on the schedule for service for the next day! The lady at the office was very informative and helpful. Marc called with eta. I don't know what he did, but the outside outlets worked. They didn't work for me. Marc explained how that can happen and showed me how to check it if it happens again. And he fixed my ancient smoke detector. Totally professional and personable. Enjoyed meeting him and learned something new. I will definitely call Thermo Direct again. I highly recommend this company.

I had an emergency electrical problem today. id did not have a previous experience with Thermo Direct. This company was very quick to respond with two very sharp and professional Technicians. Markell and Gage were excellent with their knowledge and their skills to solve a difficult problem and in a timely manner. Everything was explained well and completed very quickly.
