Quan and Lillian were professional, punctual and efficient at installing a new sink and toilet in a bathroom renovation. They were polite, and cleaned up after themselves.

Thermo Direct installed a new heat pump when mine failed after 10 years. They brought the incorrect part during the installation and it took over a week for them to come back and fix the issue. When we had a really cold snap in December 2022, the heat just wasn't working correctly. It turned out that the installers didn't connect the heat strips properly or test them after the install. My fear is what other issues will show up. Would I use these guys again? NFW.

Prompt and through service. I received an email , then a text, then a phone call to alert me of the visit. Very cool. David was very courteous and informative. I was offered (3) different solution options for “potential” issues. I am very pleased with the service !

Top notch customer service and communication from start to finish. Layton was very eager to help, very polite and called me with an update through every step of the process. It's very rare that companies will beat you to the follow up, but these guys went above and beyond to assist me today! Oh, and did I mentioned they were able to get someone on site in as little as 2 hours? I'm beyond impressed!

Such a great experience beginning with Morgan. She was the person to schedule our appt. She was a very pleasant person to speak with and even though we couldn’t get same day service they waived the service fee. We had a 100 watt amp to go bad in our breaker box which had started to burn on our outside fuse box. Thanks to Eli and Jake for such professional and efficient service. They found the problem and fixed it with in hour. The guys were so very informative about all they were doing. Our home was back to working order thanks to Thermo Direct for having such wonderful employees. My husband also spoke to Tonka one of the owners and she was also very pleasant. We will always go back to Thermo Direct if we should have any other issues. Thanks for taking care of us and leaving us feeling grateful for such a honest and great company. Thermo Direct diagnosed the electrical panels and explained step by step what was causing issues with the receptacle in my home. I'm pleased to say problem solved and thanks Thermo Direct.
