I had my seasonal HVAC service with Thermo Direct. Christian Roundtree was professional, kind, courteous and listened. Of my 7 years with this company, I found him to be one of the very best. While they are always top notch at customer service, Christian went about and beyond in my opinion. So much so, that when I need service done again, I will specially ask for him. He is the type that makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Rome Pham did an excellent job diagnosing my HVAC issues and explaining the problem(s) to me as well as providing pictures/video. Once the parts came in he came back and did the repairs , again providing pictures and showing me the parts that were replaced. I highly recommend Thermo Direct and Rome Pham as your technician!!

My Technicians were Marquelle and Gage, and they did an amazing job!! They replaced my entrance light fixture which is around 18 ft high, and they assembled the whole fixture for me. They even took the time to switch out the different light bulbs and let me see to ensure I liked the color. They cleaned up after themselves, were professional, and I will definitely be calling them again! Extremely satisfied!!

Marc has years of experience as an electrician and was able to diagnose the issue and then work plan a fix very quickly. In the short time he was in our home, I found that I could trust his professional background and would be happy to work with him or anyone he trains in the future.

My year and half system stopped working, its Sad things aren't made to last, But no matter Thermo Direct was great they ordered the parts needed to fix my system and they came in, in just a few days I was surprised and the repair technician did a fantastic job with the repair and also after he repaired the unit he spent the needed time to test the system to make sure it was working properly and in doing so he found another that the thermostat was shorting out so he replaced it as well. And now I'm enjoying my A/C. I must say that Thermo Direct is a stand up company and when you need them the most They are there , So thank you guys. They came out and cleaned my system and will come back in October for the pre winter cleaning

First, my mom lives in North Carolina in a older home. The warranty was for a year. System was fine as long as there was coverage. After the two year mark my sister had to pay 1700 dollars for some piece they needed for repair. This is a 5 room house . Now for this knew unit that was purchased now needs another fix for 2200.00. So soon we would've brought another unit. My Mom is a senior and this is not cool. Do not let this company keep comming with a piece that is needed every year,because you not paying for a warranty. Mind you for 3 years the unit didn't need anything. I have a property that I rent that is 4 levels. I have not needed anything for my unit in years.

Thermo Direct were very up front about their products and their processes and they were true to their word. They have quality control managers who check every step of the installation. They were also very willing to learn from a mistake some newer employees made that resulted in a new error they'd never seen before. Thermo Direct was top-notch and reasonably priced compared with a lot of the other big firms in the area.

The Daikin Fit system I got is whisper quiet and keeps the house super comfortable. Not as keen on the thermostat as the touch screen isn't very responsive but you can use an app to control it.

Thermo Direct installed a new HVAC system and encapsulated my crawl space almost two years ago. Now they are providing routine maintenance and, while their monthly fee and service fees are on the high side they seem to know what they are doing. The system works well and they cleaned it up for me. A different one of their technicians installed a bathroom vanity light, which left a fair amount of dust, but the light works beautifully!

Had to have the air conditioning repaired when it went out. They fixed it, but couldn’t find the cause of the problem.

Quan, a technician, from Thermo Direct, provided an excellent service during a Plumbing Inspection of our house. He was friendly, respectful and gave us useful tips.

I had an initial call with Thermo Direct and told them that I would be in touch if I decided to hire them. I ended up going with another company. Thermo Direct continued spamming me with calls and text messages everyday. I even asked them to stop contacting me, and they still continue to call and text me everyday. Today, two weeks after the initial call, I blocked their number so that I would stop getting calls and texts from them. I have several other electrical projects that I will need to hire an electrical company for. I will not even consider contacting Thermo Direct for any future projects.
