Jose Zepeda was our service representative. He was extremely professional and courteous in explaining the repairs he made to our HVAC. We are very pleased with Reliable Heating & Air.
Chris Woods was our technician& he did a wonderful job with troubleshooting & trying to fix the loud noise issue with our Lennox a/c unit. After two trips to our house he determined that the unit needed to be replaced, & he worked with his boss & with our builder to resolve the issue. We would definitely request him for any further issues that might occur.
Thanks so much for sending Jose out first thing this morning to get our heat working again in these frigid temps! As usual with the reliable air team, Jose did a phenomenal job. He is extremely professional, curtious, and clearly a subject matter expert in the field. He was able to recall his work on the system installation from a few years ago and recognized that the system parameters had inadvertently been changed. He was able to resolve the issue, verify all settings, and educate us on the issue to avoid reoccurence. Jose is a true asset to your company and is great with the customer.

It took two service visits but that is ok because when the issue reoccurred after the first visit they didn’t hesitate to reschedule a second visit when i replied to the after visit survey. The issue was resolved by taking a different search and response to the issue. It was resolved successfully without reoccurrence of the issue thus far. It actually feels as if the system was restored to its almost new performance. Very satisfied.
They have been responsive and timely on service and appointments. I also feel they fairly tell me the issues on my units and do not suggest repairs that are not needed. I trust them and that is what is most important to me.

I originally had good things to say about this company. However, I was told they were going to come to my house free of charge for a follow up. As soon as the tech was finished, he asked for payment. We paid in order to be respectful of the tech’s time. We then requested a call from a manager to request a refund as I was told on the phone it would be a No Charge visit. After speaking with Joel today, I can’t imagine spending another penny with this company. He demonstrated no attempt to work with me as a customer. When I mentioned I’m not sure if I could do business with them anymore, his words were “That’s fine with us”. He said the problem we called for was “common sense” and that we “should have known” what the issue was. He lacked professionalism. He was insulting. Incredibly disappointed.
I requested someone to replace my thrmostat. I had an appointment within a few days of my calling. He was prompt and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about my new thermostat. I will be calling on them again about a maintance program.
