Reliable Heating and Air

At first I was very disappointed with Reliable, as the installed the hvac system in our new home three years ago, and we were already having problems with it. The north side ac unit had quit, so we called Reliable to fix. Reliable sent out a technician that day (Good!), but when he arrived, he “persuaded “ us to allow home to check out the entire system, and enroll in their maintenance plan. He started with the south side unit (which was working fine), and discovered its evaporator coil leaking, said it needed replaced (only three years old!). Also he said he saw signs of mildew/mold growing in the plenum, so advised we needed to have a UV light installed in it to combat this ($1000).
He moved to the north side unit, said the problem was a failed capacitor and replaced it and got the system running. Again, only three years old. Scheduled a repair visit to have the faulty evaporator coil replaced, Reliable had to reschedule the visit twice, finally occurred Friday 6/30/23, evaporator coil replacement and two UL light plenum units installed, The technicians were pleasant, timely, courteous, and tidy, so we were pleased with that. But with a $5000+ bill on a three year old system, this we are definitely not happy about, and would like to further discuss the situation with Reliable.

I called this company because the builder allowed my system to be installed improperly.

After the first visit they corrected my issue.

I signed up for the system maintenance program after the tech completed the work and it is awesome.

They have completed two rounds of maintenance at my home and each time they educate me about how my system can continue to function properly.

When Joe came he took the time to really get my system to work at its best. He corrected any issues that took place and then educated me on how to keep it running for many years. Call this company use them.

Reliable, is just that, reliable. Their tech consistently arrives to my home for service on-time.
This is my second HVAC check with the company. Jose, my technician, was very setailed when explaining his findings and showed me the photos of the issues also. Jose gave me a timeline to address the concerns and he explained the impact of not addressing the issues within the reasonable time frame.
I appreciated the company sending the same tech, Jose. It was nice to see the same person who had come out for the last service check.

Jose is great, professional, on time and very personable. We had a routine AC maintenance done before the heat of summer arrived and Jose spotted some “growth”. He recommended a Reme system and installed it the same day. I’m glad he caught it before it became worse. One of the reasons it’s good to have the regular maintenance checks done. Thanks!

We had the best experience with reliable! Our AC broke over the weekend and they were very fast to come out! Antonio was very professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem.
