Raleigh Heating and Air was recommended to me by a family member, and I am very glad I had them out. The service pro that came out to my house, David Clark, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to diagnose my issue in just a few minutes. My A/C was up and running again in less than thirty minutes. I will definitely use them in the future, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I had a houseful of out of town company and we discovered the AC did not work the first night after they arrived. Being new to Raleigh I had no idea of who to contact for immediate help. They agreed to come that same day and Kevin arrived earlier than promised. He discovered the problem immediately and did everything needed to correct the problem. He even went beyond the scope of our problem and checked to be sure we would not have further problems anytime soon. He took a lot of time with us and the bill was unbelievably modest. I will definitely call them again should I have needs in the future.

Raleigh Heating and Air was very responsive. I never felt forgotten, even through the Christmas holiday season. The whole team was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the communication, and the quality was superior from the initial consultation to the installation.

Walter came out to follow-up on an intermittent problem we had been having with our heat. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of our system, tested the system, cleaned some contacts and tightened some connections and tested the unit several more times to verify it was working properly. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he suspected the problem to be and the steps he'd take if his visit that day didn't fix the problem. Very please with the service (as usual).

Raleigh Heating & Air has provided my HVAC service for over 10 years at 2 different homes, 1 in Cary and now in Durham. Their team is courteous, prompt and technically very good. Their prices are competitive as well.

I would only mention that if they recommend a repair or part replacement, and you do not chose to go forward that day, there is a $50 fee for the return visit in addition to parts and labor. This is not unreasonable, however I don't recall ever being told this - it may be on their invoice but I did not notice. I suggest it be clearly stated by the technician. Other than that, I have give Raleigh Heating & Air very high marks and would recommend their services to anyone.

We went to flip the switch from heat to cool only to find the air conditioner wouldn't come on. Found Raleigh Heating & Air had great reviews on Google and gave them a call around 9am they had a tech ther around 12:30.
They sent Walter B in less than 10 minutes
he'd diagnosed the problem and had the air going. More importantly he discovered that the previous installer (Family Appliance Svc) had done a horrible job installing the unit 5 months earlier....and told us what
our options were to get it done properly to extend the life of our less than 6 month old new unit.

Great customer service! We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours and our technician, Tim was very friendly and efficient. Our AC malfunction was identified immediately and back on within minutes. Costs were very reasonable.

The customer service was not as professional as in years past while using Raleigh Heating and Air. We had maintenance done and two weeks later, the exposed heating coils over heated and started to smoke. I had to pay a service call to get them to come back and repair a problem that they created. Glad it happened before we left to go on vacation the nexy day.... would lost our home! Not good customer service!:-(

On September 24, 2019 I had massive water leakage from a secondary drain. On that same day, I no longer had a leak. The best HVAC guy I have met, Gabriel provided professional, courteous service, provided answers and solutions. Awesome. They are not the cheapest. But if you want it fixed, done right, at a reasonable price. Call them. You will be happy you did!
