it all depends on technician you get. I do have them for my maintenance service at my home. But last week, I asked for their service at my renta, wrong diagnostic, wrong service. When I called back to say AC still didn't work, suggestion given was another tech visit for more diagonostic for 200$s. So we called another reputed company.. within 15 minutues guy told us the problem was Thermostat tripping zone and not starting the AC at all! I have my entire AC unit replace by Raleigh Heating and Air/Air experts and I have mainteannce plan with them. Now its making me question the entire service.. trust is broken!
New home needed a new HVAC sooner than later, Was lucky enough to have Justin Wahrenburg come out to answer all our questions, help us understand how everything works, and give us several options that work for our family. Never felt pressured and had the option to do an installment billing plan similar to cell phones that allowed us to get the new HVAC right away. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Justin and much to our surprise the installer, Sean (sp) was just as professional and walked us through everything he did as well as the hows any whys. You can tell this company has very high standards of excellence and it is apparent in their people and what makes them stand apart from the rest. HVAC needs can be scary for homeowners, looking forward to future interactions with this company. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

I had to have 2 parts ordered and it meant a lot that the same tech came to install each part when they arrived, since he was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having. That has never happened before with any other company and it made a huge difference since the problems I had were very unique to my house. I was educated by the info this tech shared and feel I am in much better hands going forward. 5 stars!
Sean was prompt, very professional, and followed up with me to update me on how my AC system is working. He also suggested a UV light to keep the coil clean in my system which I appreciate. So far everyone I’ve interacted with at Air Experts has provided exceptional service and gone beyond expectations, and I’ll continue my service plan with them and would definitely recommend them!
I had my system installed yesterday . So far the shopping and buying experience with Raleigh and Air has been very positive . The salesperson Cody was very good to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns . The only slight glitch is that I didnt realize that it would take Duke a month or so to get a rebate check back to me . The crew was also extremely professional to work with . The were well prepared and took great care in my home. They worked hard all day .I work in a similar business and Raleigh Heating and Air would serve as a great role model for other companies .
My husband and I just had a huge duct work job done yesterday. Justin, the sales installer, was very informative and extremely helpful. He made us feel very comfortable about the job and the people that worked for Raleigh Heating & Air. What caught my attention was when he said "My job is to inform you of everything going on down there, regardless of what your final decision is." David, who was the lead installer for our house, was phenomenal. The guy that did the job with David was very nice and polite. (I forgot his name 🙄). Very precise, and also very informative. Within 24 hours, we had an appointment AND the project completed. Very timely and efficient...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thank you so much!!!
I'm leaving this review after having Raleigh Heating and Air come out to my home in August 2020.
I had a leak coming from my attic through my ceiling/wall because of my ac and I had Raleigh Heating and Air come out to investigate. The service tech reviewed the situation and said that I needed nearly $3,000 worth of part replacements (new pan, new coil, etc.) on a unit that is only 2 years old. I had used this company in the past and had a great experience so I almost trusted the tech, but I decided to wait and get a 2nd opinion.
I ended up having my unit fixed for $225 as the only issue was the system was not properly draining.
Raleigh Heating and Air tried to get over $3,000 out of me after parts + labor if I had went with what the service tech was telling me. Also, he kept pushing their yearly service warranty on me and even told me it would "help him" if I went ahead and signed up.
I will not be using this company in the future and I would warn you to be careful if you choose to use them. It was a waste of $60, but it could have been a lot more.
I called Raleigh Heating & Air because my Nest thermostat needed a Common wire. Their customer service folks were amazing and scheduled an appointment the next day for the late afternoon. I received a call a couple hours later and they informed me they had an earlier opening that day if I would like to reschedule, which I did. They sent a gentleman named Torrie to take care of my issue, and he did so in a timely and efficient manner. He pointed out that there were a couple of issues with my unit that may cause some trouble in the near future, so I asked that he do the winter maintenance check. He signed me up for their maintenance program which includes winter and spring/summer checkup. The gas lines on my unit were a bit rusty and he informed me that using a rust resistant spray paint would help keep them from gaining further rust. I scheduled an appointment to have one of their representatives come out to quote a new system install as we are planning on upgrading our old system in the near future. One of the main reason's I decided to do that was because of the in-depth explanation that Torrie gave me on the current state of my system. Today I spent about an hour with a "Comfort Consultant" by the name of Justin Wahrenburg. He was extremely professional and talked me through all of the options for my home. The information that I was given will make it extremely easy to set up a new unit install when the time comes. The day this current system gives out, I will immediately call Justin at Raleigh Heating and Air to schedule the install. I cannot say enough about Raleigh Heating and Air and their professionalism. I highly recommend Raleigh Heating & Air. I will be telling my family and friends to go to them for their heating/air needs.

They installed a new unit for me last year and did it quickly and without damaging any of my shrubs. Again exactly what I had hoped for.

I had several companies out here to do an estimate to replace our gas pack HVAC system, Craig The project manager, was very knowledgeable very helpful, very detail oriented, I felt very comfortable with him. He answered all of the questions that I had and they were many. They worked with us around our schedule and worked with us with a great price. Best price over all the companies I had out here. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone if you're looking for service experts, installation experts, and just a wonderful company to work with. 👍👍👍
