They found that our unit had been originally wired incorrectly by the contractor. They found the problem, fixed it, and gave me tips on how to keep our system working optimally, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Charles and Dustin made a great team!
Darius was great but Air Tron may no longer be my preferred supplier. I was insulted when asked to pay before he arrived. I was angry when I was told that an annual contract would not cover the cost of todays service. I will find another supplier to add refrigerant and go from there. Business must be very good for you. AirTran is far and away the most professional hvac service I've found in the triangle compared to 4 others I've sampled. Theres is a "customer first" orientation rather than salespeople on wheels.
This is the company that our builder used. This is a brand new house and unit. It is not working and they knew it when the house was still owned by the builder and did not have some one come back to get their diagnostic equipment and fix it. Instead, we called a week later when we moved in and realized that the system is still not fixed and is not working to keep the house cool. The thermostat is set at 65 and it is 80 in our house. And after calling the office, they are going to be a week before they have someone come out to get it fixed and I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me today. It was 430 pm and she would only tell him tomorrow. They must have emergency service people but apparently the receptionist did not think this was urgent. Not acceptable service! There is currently ducts in the ceiling not even connected to the system.

Airtron installed an air scrubber on our HVAC equipment 2 years ago. The UV light in the air scrubber continued to burn out in a short period of time. Airtron honored the air scrubber warranty and replaced the unit with no charge. The HVAC specialist was on time for the job, had the job completed in a short time. All is working well. We are pleased with how this warranty request was handled.
