The technician, Tivoris, texted his expected arrival time and was on time. He was very friendly and courteous and asked us about any issues that we were having. He then performed the service promptly, leaving the work area clean and neat. He gave us an oral summary of the worked that he performed and followed up with an email report. Could not have expected better!
We had a great heating service visit today by Airtron. Edwin Castro ,our technician, wore a mask and gloves and was socially distanced the whole time. Edwin was friendly, thorough & explained the service. We got a confirmation call just prior to the visit to make sure we were ready. Obviously, Airtron has high standards.

It was my third experience with Kendrick Ransome who provided all the onsite services and answered my questions. He is professional and informative. He also is very thorough in assuring customer satisfaction.

First time I have had my annual maintenance check that the technician did not check the air handling unit, nor did he put the gauges on the unit to check the Freon levels. When I ask him about not gauging, he replied that the levels looked ok, Maybe I am missing something, but how did he determine that?
Had to call again today, as the water alarm in the pan below the furnace was sounding. 3rd day in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alarm sounded at 10:05 last evening. Had 4th service call this morning. Quick response. Hopefully it is fixed now. Emergency flow drain not working.
Call at 11 am and a tech was at the house shortly after noon. He fixed all the problems and performed a the semi annual checkup. Quick, efficient and professional.
