I called AirTron to check my furnace because it had started to be noisy when running. Wilson Gutierrez made the service call and was such a pleasant young man. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, which turned out to be my fault, quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service I received.

What a fantastic experience working with the Airtron team. Since buying our house in 2006 we have always had issues with our upstairs A/C unit and it seemed that no one was ever able to fix it. After 14 years of dealing with issues on and off we have finally been able to find a company we can trust and is knowledgeable to fix our issue at a great cost. We called the Airtron team and they were able to get someone out here first thing the following morning, they identified the issue and were able to fix it right away. Definitely the right company and the right team, I am so happy that we found and called them. Highly recommend Airtron to anyone that needs A/C repair.

We have a service plan with Airtron and they always respond quickly when we need them and solve the problem.

Kendrick came in with both a mask and footies which we both appreciated. He found what was making the loud noise when the A/C started. Some bolts were loose which he tightened. No more noise!.
He then did the fall service for our heating system. He even changed the air filters for us as I can't climb ladders and more.

I was contacted about10 minutes prior to the Service Tech arrived at the house on time. Tivoris was very professional, checked out the heating and the outside unit . He also change my filter. I will continue to use Airtron and Tivoris.

Technician was not professional especially since he said he had 15 years experience. He pried open the AC cabinet and bent it in multiple places (I took pictures). Soneone with that many years experience would know how to correctly open it without damage. He seemed as if he was totalled unprepared for the job having to make multiple trips to the truck to get things. He initial analysis of the problem was to replace a major component of which did not need replacing. Very disappointed in the service I received. I will not call your company again or recommend it to anyone.

Airtron was great, they arrived on time and were very professional. My wife and I were very happy when they explained exactly what they were doing with our air conditioner and what the problem was. The a/c was fixed fast and now the whole house is cool and comfortable. I wanted to thank the technicians for coming out when they did, and for taking care of our problem so quickly.

Airtron was the contracted company to install the HVAC system in our new construction home. We have had some issues getting the air flow controlled properly. Two previous techs from airtron were not able to really help us. Today Wilson came out and he was OUTSTANDING! Wilson was incredibly thorough and informative. He found missing dampers and told us about products to help make our compressor less noisy. If you have the option to pick your technician, ask for Wilson!! Giving a 4star review because of the previous techs that were less helpful. If I had only met Wilson it would be 5stars.

Airtron contracts with Pulte/Centex homes. They have come to my newly built house over 10 times over 2 years to tell me they cannot fix the water heater vent/flue clicking sounds. My neighbor in the same neighborhood has the same style house and water heater but their flue set up is different and managed by Carolina Plumbing, and theirs doesn't make any sounds. This is an example of poor quality, rush jobs, and poor expertise. Would not recommend.
