Eco Green Air

I contacted Eco-Green Air Tuesday June 1st to ask about having an outdoor natural gas fixture modified. I was told by Bob Hutchins, the operations manager, they could do the work and it was scheduled for Thursday June 3rd, between 10 and 11 A.M. Thursday came, when I got home just before 5 P.M, my wife told me no one showed up or called. She didn't call them because around the time they were supposed to be here she found out her mother was in the hospital and had to make several calls to get more information. I contacted Bob to find out why, was told the tech had jury duty and no one found out until 2 P.M. I find it hard to believe that his early appointments didn't call to find out where he was. I was told by Bob that they could have someone here at 8:30 Monday June 7th. I asked if there was no way to get it done Friday June 4th. Bob said he would ask the service supervisor first thing in the morning if they could get someone here. I never heard back. Around 2 P.M. Friday June 4th I got a call from a tech asking for more information about the work. I told him what I'd already put in the service request, he repeated back different things each time I explained it. Finally he asked me to send him some pictures so he could see what was there and get an idea of what he would need. I asked when he could come, he said he was working on something that would take about an hour to finish. Two and a half hours later I got a text saying the job had gotten complicated and he wouldn't be coming. I asked when someone could come and was told next week. At that point I cut my losses and told him I would have someone else do the work. I never heard back from him or from Bob.

I would not recommend hiring Eco-Green Air.

This company was great! They were on time , reasonable pricing very professional always received a follow up call they did good work no complaints would recommend.

This company was awesome to work with. Honest. Didn't try to "upsell" us. In fact they talked us down from buying something more expensive. Alan Stephens runs a top notch, high quality company without the huge margins we found from some other companies. We highly recommend them.

which I found to be very helpful and plan to implement.

Very efficient install. They were patient with me regarding my questions about the new thermostat. I look forward to working with Eco Green Air in the future

My experience with Eco Green has been horrible to say the least. This company was sent to my home on behalf of my home warranty company for a leaking condensation line. I must say they did not take the best course of action for this leaking condensation line. They re routed my drain line outside of my home instead of finding where the leak was coming from. The builder of my home had the condensation line in the back of the house wall in living room. They originally cut into the wall and didn’t see the leak and refused to cut anymore stating that they recommended we re route the drain line instead of actually finding the leak. They put a PVC pipe on the side of my brand new home cutting into my siding and going into my gutter. The leak ended up being 2 feet above where they originally cut. Now they won’t come and undo their work which was not needed. That pipe on the side of the top of my house takes away from the appearance of my home and I am unsatisfied. Now they won’t pick up my phone calls. I say stay away from them because they will recommend work that is more expensive and unnecessary. I seeked professional help and they do not make the best professional decisions and do not perform good work. I wish that I could post pics. Bob text me that he would no longer respond to my text and would not come back to my house to fix the work. I was not home when they did this work. Had I been home I would never have let them do this to my home.

We were not achieving an optimal distribution of heat and wanted to find out if something could be done to address the problem. The technician did a thorough assessment and explained his findings in an effective manner.

Another outfit told me that entire mini-split system needed replacement without really diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be a clogged water line--Eco Green fixed the problem on first visit, potentially saving me $1000's! Thanks Eco Green--you were professional and prompt--I feel you and I are on the same team.

After spending a couple of hot summers in my home, I decided to start getting quotes on upgrading the dual zone builder grade unit that came with my home. The first company sent a salesman out, and quoted me $5,000 for a new larger unit. I had Eco-Green come out next. They were punctual and courteous. After looking at the current unit, Alan realized the airflow to my upstairs seemed too low. He and Hank inspected the dampener system, adjusted the bypass, and found that one of the dampener motors had a stripped shaft. He replaced the dampener motor, and now my airflow upstairs has significantly increased. I believe my summer cooling issues upstairs may be resolved, and I spend $200 instead of $5,000. I will definitely be calling Eco-Green again for my spring A/C tune-up.
