Eco Green Air

Alex came out twice to trouble shoot and repair our Mr Cool 4 zone ductless minisplit system. Eco Green Air was very responsive both times, and were able to schedule him shortly after the initial call. He found both a line set leak and two faulty valves on the compressor (bad original parts from the manufacturer). He took the time to explain everything, and was clear about what was included in the service and what was not. Friendly and professional. I recommend them if you need maintenance or repairs to your mini split heat pump.

I called to have repair work done on my furnace unit that was malfunctioning. The receptionists I talked to were very professional, kind, and courteous. The service technician that initially came to inspect the unit was very direct and professional. He reinstalled my thermostat (which I had incorrectly installed) and corrected the furnace wiring in my unit (which I was unaware had been incorrectly done over 15 years ago!). He also determined that I needed a new inducer motor installed and that the circuit board would eventually need to be replaced even though it would continue to work for some more time. The inducer motor was replaced by two other technicians within 24 hours and only took 15 minutes. All personnel I spoke to were very professional. Would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Eco Green did such a great job installing a mini-split in a new sunroom recently that I hired them to do heating maintenance on my existing home HVAC system. They have been responsive, attentive, customer driven and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend them to all homeowners in the Triangle.

To be honest, we've had terrible experience with Trane units... each that we have has failed multiple times (often in the same way, with the coil getting a leak). We've been extremely fortunate to work with Eco Green through these (taxing) situations: they're extremely responsive, are willing to work with you to figure out the best way to resolve a problem, and have been willing to go to bat with Trane for us.
