Eco Green Air came to check my AC condenser unit the day after I first contacted them. They were very professional, and quickly gave me an estimate for the repairs.

Very professional, punctual, thorough and very fairly priced. I had one company come "fix" a freon leak for $300 and then gave me a quote of $1400 to vacuum the system and recharge 6 lbs of freon. Instead I had Eco-Green come take a look. They discovered that the leak wasn't fixed correctly, so they fixed it correctly and vacuumed/recharged freon for ~$600. Their technician, Bro, was friendly, professional, 5 minutes early and thorough. Can't go wrong with Eco-Green.

Eco-Green serviced my equipment again in April 2023. My HVAC unit's coil needed to be replaced and the freon was completely drained because of the leaking coil. It was fixed within a few hours...however, a few days later I noticed that it would not cool the home lower than 70 degrees. I notified Eco-Green and they were there the next morning and completed the fix (it needed a bit more freon to increase system pressure). The additional work was quick and there was no charge. Now it is working perfectly.

Our technician Alex is fully competent in the care and maintenance of our brand of mini-splits and always provides excellent and thorough service of the units. We also appreciate his good and kind nature.

Eco-Green Air does inspections of our HVAC twice a year. I've never felt like they were looking for excuses to charge us for things. This time, as usual, there was no charge at all beyond the annual membership fee. Plus they added a written checklist showing the status of the various items they checked. Another positive point is they try to give us the same technician year after year. Their employee retention is excellent.
