Staff is very friendly and anxious to help you find what you need or order it if they are out. Definitely recommend the Hickory store.

Bought a skid sprayer online it says it will withstand chemicals I bought it 15 days ago not even 30 days has passed and the chemical sprayer has failed The store said they would not warranty it and the customer service people said they would not warranty the thing on their site it says two year warranty
Will never buy another thing from northen tool cheap products won't spend a dime in that store again ever !

I went for a motorcycle jack that was listed as on sale, they had plenty in stock and Lisa, Jennifer, and Brenda were very helpful getting the discount, great experience !!

I had Jeff as an associate and Lisa as my checkout person and both did a wonderful job will definitely be going back for sure!!!

This place is awesome a lot selection of tools and safety equipment for work but the only problem is they don't have gripping gloves to fit size of my hands cuz those gloves were so tight on me.

Promised delivery of a generator. They missed delivery and said they had no idea when it would arrive. How does that happen in this day and age? Their delay caused loss of revenue. When we pressed them for info, they "suddenly" located our unit is DC. That is LAZY customer service. BTW, if you go to the store, there is NO ONE available to help you ....just a bunch of check out clerks. Better to order on-line than support a local biz.
