Lady mamager put my pre paid products back on the shelf before I could pick it up. Then when I arrived she said my money was refunded and I now have to pay full price, not sale price. I will shop a competitor store from now on

I called for an item yesterday, they pleasantly took time to find it, even though they were short on help. Went and purchased items today, and as always, Dee Dee is the most helpful and kind! She always looks for ways to save you money. So nice to shop at a place where folks are kind, professional, and know their stuff! Great stuff there!

We frequent this store because of the excellent customer service given by Dee Dee. She is amazing with all of the customers. My husband and I will wait for her, even if she is working with someone else. she is worth the wait. I hope you know what a gem you have in her. I've also recently gotten to work with Savannah. She has an excellent personality for customer service and was very helpful.

Hickory store is always clean and organized. Easy to find what is needed. Staff is friendly. Online ordering is a breeze and pick-up is quick and easy!

Great help from the sales, but you needed a both sales registers open besides the two that you had it is everything that I was looking for was in in stock and great prices.

Visited the store 3/25/2021 searching for an Air Hammer.. associate/employee Lisa offered assistance.. Extremely helpful, pleasant, friendly. She shortened my search time, found the correct product, walked me to check out, made sure the online discount I found was applied correctly. I wish all retailers and big box stores were this helpful.. Great experience.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The quality of products can't be beat. My go to for the tools I need around the farm. I visited in April 2021 to purchase 3 scaffolding sets and from the moment we walked into the store until we pulled out after loading up it was a great experience. Barbara, Tenley and Dee were super helpful with the purchase and also William to help load it up in the truck. This place is great to do business with; thank you so much!

I enjoy shopping at this store because Lisa and Dee Dee along with the rest of the staff are so pleasant to deal with. The products are backed by the manufacturer or the store but they always make things right or they always have with me. It is a one stop shopping place for us as they carry a little of everything needed to complete a project. My hat is off to the Hickory Store and I will be back!

Bought a big Maxx heater and a vent kit. I chose the location in hickory, nc to pick them up because they had it in stock. I had to wait for the vent kit to be shipped to the store. I bought these items on a promotional offer to get a gift card. They called and said the vent kit was ready to be picked up so I asked her about the heater. The lady told me that it was on back order and wouldn't be here for probably 3 weeks. I told her they had some in stock but she said I would have to cancel my original order to pick it up which would void the promotion. Called customer service and was told the warehouse and the store are not the same entity and the same thing I was told by the store. It's like dealing with an at&t salesman about promotions. I will probably never buy anything from Northern tool again.
