I visited northern tool in hickory North Carolina after I ordered the wrong item on line. Savannah helped me get the correct item. Everyone at the store was very helpful with my questions. Dee Dee and moody also helped me get what I needed with a smile.going to a tool store as a women sometimes makes me a little nervous but a northern tool they greet you with a smile. Thank you

Stores are generally ok but the company as a whole are con-artists. They advertise things that can only be bought a store but IF searches show a store with an inventory, the Hot Items are usually 1 or none. Have just about totally quit shopping here for this reason.

Customers service is horrible. The company system send customers coupons to spend more money at the store But the cashier didn't want to do what it supposed to do to get discount and been so ruin to me and she also took my other 20$off coupon never give me back .try to gave me hard time while she have to checked out all my items worth over 400$ .Hahaha. Poor lady... god help her. Manager man didn't do anything to help ustomer being bullied by a cold cashier lady.

They had a 50-yard/12 gauge construction drop cord on sale for $25. That's a good deal, just what I needed. They also had their trailer tires and wheels on sale as well. I am going back tomorrow to get one of those. Good place to shop. Especially when things are on sale time to rack up.

Had the best hardware store experience here. Emma DD went the extra mile to look up any discounts online without me asking. Great customer service overall!
