Alternative Aire has been a great firm to do business with. They always arrive right on time if we have scheduled a check-up, and I trust their work completely. Alternative Aire installed my HVAC until a few years ago. I liked them so much and such a good experience that I called them when I was having trouble with my thermostat the other day. Marlin came out, identified the problem quickly, and resolved it just as quick. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

We decided to give Alternative Aire a try after hearing a good review somewhere, and always feeling like other companies were trying to unnecessary upsell us things we may not need. Curtis came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. He had our unit cleaned up really quickly and then went upstairs to investigate a wiring issue in our zone controller that we inherited when we bought the house. While other companies had quoted us over $500 for fixing it, he just said, "Oh, I see what's going on, that's easy!" and fixed it for $30. He was a pleasure to interact with, and he treated us fairly rather than preying on our lack of expertise. They've absolutely earned my future business.

They put in a new Heat Pump system--and at the same time, fixed a second system that had been poorly installed by another company two years earlier.. The entire experience has been wonderful. The service impeccable. My wife commented that they even fixed the landscaping around the external unit. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

June 2020 Two years later, I had them do the maintenance check on all three systems before the summer heat. Marlin took his time and did a thorough check and maintenance. Once again, I am sure that these people are the best.

August 2022. They fixed a problem with one heat pump quickly and did not even charge me. Still the best.
