Have been my go -to AC/heating guys since buying my house. Always on time and super professional. Also, willing to let me know if they see any other potential problems. They warned me about my hot water heater going before I could get flooded. Highly recommend.

I got same day service by being on their cancellation list. The receptionist, Becca, was very friendly and helpful. Marlin was on time, nice, and professional. He fixed my broken AC quickly and the price was very reasonable. I was referred by friends and will happily pass along the Alternative Aire reference to anyone.

Alternative Aire has been fantastic to work with. They are very responsive, very thorough and are great at diagnosing issues. When it came time to replace a furnace, they provided a VERY detailed and reasonably-priced quote with multiple options, and were very helpfulh in answering my many questions. I just replaced my heating and cooling system - Alternative Aire performed the work and I was thoroughly impressed start to finish. They were able to meet with me quickly and showed up on time. The consultation meeting was thorough and very informative; all my questions were answered. Scott, who met with me, was not just someone sent out to collect information/pictures to take back for someone to review at a distance - he was the authority on HVAC (systems, brands, etc.) and as such could assess the situation directly and speak to options, comparisons and talk these things over with me. With result, the proposal I received was tailored to me and my needs and priorities, not just a cookie-cutter option from someone I had never spoken with. The proposal arrived on time, offering multiple great options with pros and cons of each outlined including applicable tax credits, cost comparisons, etc. Each personalized option was in keeping with both my needs and my priorities and having the comparisons allowed me to make a thoughtful, informed choice. The proposal also included a recommendation of best overall choice for my needs and preferences. I had a direct email and phone for questions - all questions were answered quickly and in thorough detail. I felt questions were welcomed and encouraged, not an imposition or chore. Affirmative Aire was also instrumental in obtaining a very favorable financing option - they did the heavy lifting and also do as much of the warranty registration and tax credit "paperwork" as is possible for them to do - in all ways making things easy, almost effortless for me. The install crew, who was identified to me by name at the time of scheduling and prior to arrival, came exactly on time. They were friendly efficient, thorough and neat –they did an amazing install job. I was fully informed of every single step start to finish so that I knew exactly what to expect. I recommend Affirmative Aire without reservation.

Scott was very clear and helpful in laying out the options, pricing and financing. The job and installation was fairly priced. Service was great. the crew was friendly and focused. When it came time to install thermostats and make sure the zone systems worked OK, the team walked me through the whole thing and explained how it all worked. I'm happy with the service and the new system.

I have been using Alternative Aire for several years now. They are the best I've ever had for taking care of my Heat Pump system, and I've had quite a few over the years. I credit them for the unit lasting as long as it has. But what got me hooked on them is the owner's (Scott Brennan) business ethic. He holds himself and his technicians to the highest business and ethical standards, such as a Living Wage, honesty, and satisfying customers. My recent servicing was done by Aaron Tuck. Like all the AA technicians he was personable, polite, and obviously skilled. But one thing that might set him apart from technicians from other HVAC service companies is that there is no hard sell or up-selling of services or products. I asked Aaron to check my thermostat because I thought I needed a new one. He explained why I really didn't need a new one! Truth is, I never liked that thermostat and was looking for an excuse to get a new one. My excuse didn't get past Aaron. Needless to say I give Alternative Aire my highest recommendation.

They came out to service my a/c and did such a great job that I called them to replace my whole HVAC when it was needed. Scott worked with me to find a affordable option. I really can't say enough positive things about this company. The service and prices are great. The whole team is professional and easy to work with. The owner cares deeply about the employees and you can really tell by how the employees treat you. I highly recommend this team for anything!

Simply outstanding service. They were prompt, knowledgeable and extremely effective communicators. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my heat pump. Prices were very fair and reasonable. I have no hesitation to call them again.

We called on a busy day for them, the dispatcher didn't have an availability until next week. Then went above and beyond by seeing if any technicians had some time to spare. Great service, coupled with appointment verification and en-route status. I was sent a detailed invoice and easily paid on-line. Great service, when customer service is a lost art.
